Vivekananda Global University (VGU), Jaipur was established in 2012. VGU is the leading private university of Rajasthan established by Rajasthan State Assembly Act 11/2012 and sponsored by Bagaria Education Trust, Jaipur. VGU Jaipur formerly known as Vivekananda Institute of Technology. The University aims at practical education including of Sustainable Development. It has world class facilities and provides outdoor and extracurricular activities to facilitate learning by doing atmosphere. The University is offering courses in the field of Engineering, Architecture, Basic and Applied Science, Law, Management and Agriculture.

Vivekananda Global University​ Jaipur Course Structure:

VGU offers multiple UG and PG courses in multiple streams such as Field of Engineering, Management, Architecture, Law, Basic & Applied Science, Design, Pharmaceutical Science, Computer Application, and Commerce etc.

The salient features of BBA/B.Com/MBA course which is as described below:

• Class from 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. noon daily for BBA and B.Com.
• Entrepreneurship Development in support of Wadhwani Foundation and “Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship”- PM Yuva Yojana.
• One complete semester of Internship in Bank/start-up/Corporate during the last semester.
• Micro-Incubation Centre with 15 student start-ups.
• Vivekananda Banking Academy providing MDP’s to various Public Sectors Banks.
• Regular Interaction with Start-ups, Industrialists, Venture-Capitalists, Bankers, Educationalists and Professionals.
• Professors from IIM, ISB, LBSIM, BITS, Welingkar and Renowned Start-ups, Industrialists and Bankers on Advisory Board.

VGU Campus provide well-furnished separate hostel facility for boys and girls. Since these hostels act as the second home of the students for four years, full care has been taken to make the accommodation peaceful, comfortable and secure which provides the inmates as an environment for development. Some facilities are as described below:

• 280 rooms for Girls Hostel
• 650 Rooms for Boys Hostel
• 24 hours Internet facility, Wi-Fi enabled campus

University Hostel

VGU Campus provides well furnished separate hostel facility for boys and girls. Since these hostels act as the second home of the students for four years, full care has been taken to make the accommodation peaceful, secure and comfortable which provides the inmates an environment for development. Rooms have attached balconies. Boy’s Hostel have 650 Rooms. Some of the Facilities are:

1.Water purifying system (RO) installed for drinking water

2.24 hrs Internet facility Wi-Fi enabled campus

4.Geysers for hot water during winters
