Aspirants applying for XAT 2018 should cautiously go via the eligibility criteria before filling the application form. XAT 2018 Eligibility Criteria requires aspirants to meet the below-mentioned conditions:
XAT Registration concluded on December 15. The Application Form for XAT 2018 was available on the official website i.e. xatonline.in. XAT 2018 Registration primarily involves the below steps:
Step 1- Registration- Visit the official website and register using your individual details (Name, Contact Details and Email ID). You will receive a unique ID and Password to clear the further procedure.
Step 2- Fill Application Form- Fill-in your individual and academic details, work experience, preferred course, and exam center.
Step 3- Fee Payment- Pay the requisite application fee in either online or offline method. The Application Fee for XAT is INR 1650 (INR 2000 if you pay the late fee) for all categories. The Bank Transaction charges for Online Payment of application fees/intimation charges will have to be borne by the aspirant.
Step 4- Upload Documents- Upload scanned images of your recent photograph and signature.
Step 5- Confirmation Page- Post previewing all the filled data, you will receive a confirmation page.
Note- All aspirants who pay XAT Application Fee via Demand Draft must send a copy of confirmation page besides the Demand Draft within 15 days from the date of issuance of demand draft. The contact details are offered below:

XAT 2017 took place in a single slot on January 08, 2017. While the overall difficulty level of the exam was moderate, questions in quantitative ability were comparably hard and the verbal ability section was slightly easier than the earlier years’. The Paper was divided into two parts (as mentioned above).
The Paper 1 constituted Objective Type Questions from Verbal Ability, Logical Reasoning Quantitative Ability. The analysis of the paper is given below.

Xavier Aptitude Test is a national level management entrance exam. Via this exam, an aspirant’s aptitude in management field is tested.
Interestingly, the maximum number of aspirants register from Northern India (27%), followed by Southern (25%). Apart from this, the maximum number of XAT followers belong to Maharashtra (16%), followed by Delhi (11%). The least number of aspirants register from the North-Eastern part of India (1%).

Ques. How is past academic performance considered in the selection procedure?
Ans. The evaluation of aspirants' academic competence will be evaluated holistically by XLRI based on aspirants' performance in the interview, group discussion, and XAT written test. XLRI does not have any cut off based on any of the following X, XII, graduation marks.
