MH CET Law 2018 Registration will be held in the month of March 2018. The exam is organized by Government of Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell, Mumbai. MH CET Law is organized for admission into 5 year LLB and 3 year LLB programs.

MH CET Law 2018 will comprise 150 MCQs each carrying 1 mark to be finished within 2 hours. Aspirants can appear for the entrance test if,

  • He/she has earned an at least of 45% marks in 10+2 examinations (for 5-year LLB program)
  • He/she has earned an at least of 45% marks in undergraduate degree course (for 3-year LLB program)

 Those who wish to appear for the exam must apply online on the official website. The application fee will also be paid through the online method by using: No provision for offline applications will be offered.

Eligibility Criteria for MH CET Law 2018

Aspirants can apply only after they satisfy the given eligibility criteria below:

Nationality

  • An aspirant should be an Indian national.
  • Candidates must have the domicile of Maharashtra state

Academic Qualification

LLB (5 years) course

  • Participants must have 45% in the qualifying exam and 40% for reserved categories.
  • The aspirant must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from any recognised board.

LLB (3 years) course

  • Candidates must have 45% in the qualifying exam and 40% for reserved categories.
  • The aspirant must hold the graduate or post graduate degree from any recognised institution in any stream.

Note: Aspirants appearing in the final year of graduation are also applicable and can apply for MH CET exam.

MH CET Law Registration 2018

Aspirants need to read the information cautiously before applying for MH CET Law 2018 registration.

  • Candidates must have the following details on hand to fill in the application form:
  • MH CET Law 2018 registration will begin in the month of March 2018.
  • The last date for registration will be in the month of April 2018.

Guardian detail: It will comprise the name of aspirant’s parents and their profession.

Qualification detail: The aspirant required to add 10, 10+2, graduation details in this column, also the post-graduation, if finished.

  • Aspirants must preserve the e-receipt which will be generated after the successful completion of payment procedure.

  • On these next page aspirants required to upload the scanned image of signature and photograph.
  • Click on the Preview tab and verify the application form before final submission.
  • Click on ‘Validate your details’ and ‘Save and Next’ button to validate the filled-in details in the application.
  • Then the aspirants required to proceed to make payment by clicking on ‘Payment’ tab.

  • Size of scanned photograph: 200px x 230px of file size 20-50kb
  • Size of scanned image of signature: 140 x 60 pixels of file size 10-20kb.

MH CET Law Hall Ticket 2018

MH CET 2018 Hall Ticket will be announced on the official website in the last week of April 2018. Only those aspirants who have successfully submitted their applications for MH CET will be allowed to download the hall ticket.

  • The hall ticket will only be available in online mode.
  • It is mandatory to carry hall tickets to the examination center on the day of examination.
  • Aspirants who fail to carry their hall tickets will not be allowed to appear for the examination.

MH CET Law 2018 Important Points

Some points which aspirants must keep in mind before they go for MH CET Law 2018 exam:

  • Even if the aspirants have finished the test before the given time, they will not be allowed to leave the examination hall before the completion of time.

MH CET Law 2018 Seat Allocation Procedure

The seat allocation procedure is the last and final step of admission procedure.

If seats are still vacant after the third round of counseling, then the only fourth round of counseling will be conducted.

  • If an aspirant has been allotted a seat then he/she has to download the ‘Provisional Seat Allocation Letter’.
  • After verification of documents, the center-in-charge will give the online receipt of acceptance to the aspirant.
  • Students have to draw a demand draft in favor of Competent Authority and deposit it at the admission reporting center at the time of seat acceptance.
