Maharashtra Hotel Management Common Entrance Test (MAH BHMCT CET) 2018

MAH BHMCT CET 2018 is organizeed for admission to Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology Programs provideed by Government Institutions, Government Aided Institutions, and Unaided Self Financed Institutions. State Common Entrance Test Cell, Government of Maharashtra organizes MAH BHMCT CET annually.

  • It is divided into 3 sections i.e., General English, General Knowledge and Awareness and Reasoning
  • MAH BHMCT CET 2018 is expected to be held in the second week of May 2018.
  • Period of the exam is 1 hour and 30 minutes (90 minutes) and test paper consists of 100 objective type questions.

Eligibility of MAH BHMCT CET 2018 

Eligibility for MAH BHMCT CET 2018 differs widely as per the program. However, basic criteria to apply and appear for MAH BHMCT CET 2018 is as mentioned below:

  1. Participant must be an Indian national.
  2. Aspirant must have passed 10+2 with at least qualifying marks 45%
  3. For SC/ST aspirants at least qualifying marks are from 40%
  4. Aspirants who are appearing in final examination of class 12 or has appeared in this exam but awaiting for result can apply for BHMCT CET 2018

Counseling of MAH BHMCT CET 2018 

Counseling procedure is organised under centralised admission procedure (CAP) system. Commissioner of State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State organizes CAP.

Once the results for MAH BHMCT CET 2018 are out, a merit list is disclosed on the official website.
