Maharashtra Common Entrance Test for B. Ed 2017 is organizeed by the State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell), Government of Maharashtra. MAH B.Ed CET 2017 is organizeed for the admission to the full-time Bachelor of Education (B.Ed Regular) and B.Ed. in Special Education in the following domains:
All aspirants who will be applicable for admission and whose application will be accepted shall be allowed to appear for the Entrance Examination. MAH B.Ed CET 2017 Counseling and Seat Allotment procedure will begin from June/July 2017. The admission will be done via the Central Allocation Procedure(CAP). MAH B.Ed CET 2017 application procedure has started from April 5, 2017, and the examination will be held on May 13 & 14, 2017 at selected venues in the state of Maharashtra. MAH B.Ed CET 2017 Results are expected to be out on May 31, 2107.
MAH B.Ed CET 2017 question paper will consist of 100 questions of the objective type and the total time limit is 60 minutes. Aspirants will be honoured one mark for each accurate response. There is no negative for any inaccurate response or for the questions not response.

The organizing body of MAH B.Ed CET 2017 has announced official notification to fill the Application Form on April 5, 2017. The last date of filling the application form is April 26, 2017. Before applying for MAH B.Ed CET 2017 Exam, all aspirants must be aware of the eligibility criteria set by the organizing body of MAH CET 2017. It is mandatory for all the aspirant to meet the eligibility criteria to apply for the application form. Here are the Eligibility Criteria for MAH B.Ed CET 2017 which is given as follow. The application procedure for MAH B.Ed CET 2017 will start online from April 5, 2017. Aspirants should go via the Information Brochure available online and check the eligibility criteria set by CET Cell Maharastra before applying online for MAH B.Ed CET 2017. Aspirants should have a valid E-mail ID and Mobile No., which should be kept active till the completion of this admission Procedure. The MAH Common Entrance Test, for B.Ed program 2017 will be held on May 13 & 14, 2017.

The need fee can be is to be paid via the online system only by Internet Payment, Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/IMPS/Cash Cards/Mobile Wallets for which the service charges, as per rules, shall be eligible in addition to the application Form Procedures Fees. No other method of payment shall be permitted.
Aspirants can download the Hall Ticket from the official website from May 4, 2017, onwards. Aspirant will be informed about the availability of their Admit card through email and SMS on their respective email address and mobile number. The aspirant should keep their Admit card with them during the examination along with the photo identity card as identity proof of the aspirant so that they won’t face any problem while giving the exam.

MAH B.Ed CET 2017 will be the online test. The examination paper will be divided into three sections which will cover Mental Ability, General Knowledge and Teacher Aptitude. The question paper will consist of 100 questions of the objective type and the total time period is 60 minutes. There will be no negative marking. There will be 40 MCQs from Mental Ability, and 30 MCQs each from General Knowledge and Teacher Aptitude. One mark will be honoured for each accurate response.

The Aspirants who wish to seek admission into English Medium Colleges of Education will have to appear for a separate test along with B.Ed. CET, which is English Language Content Test (ELCT). ELCT will consist of 50 MCQs of 50 Marks, and time period for ELCT will be 60 minutes. Aspirants will be honoured one mark for each accurate response. There will be no negative marking.

Note: Aspirants who wish to seek admission in English Medium Colleges of Education will have to opt for ELCT CET while filling up the MAH B.Ed CET form and confirm before submitting the form. The aspirants who do not opt for and appear for ELCT will not be able to opt for English Medium Colleges of Education during the Centralised Admission of MAH B.Ed CET 2017 Procedure. ELCT CET will also be organizeed in the Online Method before/after the B.Ed. CET 2017. No request will be accepted after the submission of the form in this regard. Therefore, the aspirants ready to seek admission in English Medium Colleges should cautiously opt for ELCT examination positively.
MAH B.Ed CET 2017 syllabus would be based on the syllabus of graduation level prescribed by the BOARD. The aspirant must exercise all topics to get a grip of all the topics. The syllabus for MAH B.Ed CET 2017 exam is:
|Mental Ability||The section aims to judge aspirants’ reasoning power. It also helps to judge how correct an aspirant can think. This section will contain questions based on Series, Syllogism, Coding-Decoding, Relationship, Analogies, Classification, Problems on Dice, etc., either in Verbal or Non-Verbal form.|
|General Knowledge||This section test how well an aspirant is acquainted with the happenings in the surroundings at Local, National, International Level including Past Events, Present Affairs including, Science and Technology, History, Geography, Civics, Political Science and Literature in General.|
|Teacher Aptitude||This section aims to know the aspirants’ capacity to become a teacher. It will contain questions concerned with eagerness to update his/her knowledge, leadership qualities awareness about changes in Education and Society, communication and Professional commitment, etc.|
|English||This section test Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary, Grammar, Sentence Pattern, Phonetics, Verbal idioms and Proverbs and Figures of Speech|
MAH B.Ed CET 2017 Results will be released on the official portal. A participant who will give the entrance exam can check the MAH B.Ed CET 2017 results on May 31, 2017. Aspirants who will qualify the entrance test will be selected for the next round of the admission. The result will be released by the Commissioner for the Entrance Test(CET).
How to Check MAH B.Ed CET Entrance Results 2017:

In the MAH B.Ed CET 2017 counseling round, the Commissioner for the Entrance Test (CET) will allocate the seat and college to the qualified aspirants based on the merit list. For the Counseling, the participant will have to register them from the official website and also have to report to the situated college before the given time. Only the participant who will complete the MAH B.Ed CET 2017 Entrance Examination will be applicable for the counseling procedure.
The Common Allocation Procedure will be done via a Single Window System (SWS) to allot seats to the qualified aspirants into the different colleges under Govt.
