CBSE will not consider the request made for Corrections after the due date under any circumstances. Aspirants have to remit a certain application fee while making JEE Main 2018 application form Correction. The following Corrections can be made in Application Form:
Aspirants often make errors while filling the Application Form either because of inexperience or confusion. Follow the given steps to edit the online form- Therefore, CBSE has offered the JEE Main Form Accurateion facility to edit the particulars in the online application form.
Step 1- Visit the www.jeemain.nic.in
Step 2- Enter Application Number, Password and Security Pin to reach application form for Corrections.
Step 3- Edit the information that obligatory Corrections except for the method of the exam from Online to Offline.
Step 4- Submit the application form. Pay the additional fee (if need).
The image Corrections window is open from December 8, 2017 at www.jeemain.nic.in. Any discrepancy in the uploaded photograph and signature can be rectified by logging in after entering application number and password. Select the “Edit Uploaded Images” to rectify the discrepancy in the application.

Ques. What are the changes that I can make during the JEE Main 2018 form accurateion duration?
Ans. Changes such as the method of examination, choice of paper, choice of exam center, name, date of birth, academic details, uploaded photograph and signature can be made. But only the method of paper will be changed from offline test to online but not vice-versa.
Ques. Due to alterations that I have made, the fees paid is more than what is eligible for my current changes, what should I do now?
Ans. The difference in the application fee will be refunded to the account.

Ans. However, the vice versa is possible. Except for the change in the method of examination from Computer Based Test to Pen & Paper Based Test in the JEE Main 2018 Application Form, all the changes can be made.
Ques. While uploading the photograph in the JEE Main Application Form, I forgot to put my name under it. In the Corrections window, it shows no Corrections need. What should I do now?
Ans. This means, your application form is accepted and you don’t obligatory to do any changes.
Ques. While filling in the application form, I made an error in filling my name. Will I be able to accurate this?
Ans. Yes, you can accurate your name on the JEE Main Application Form.
Ques. I made an error while entering Aadhaar Card Enrollment Number. Can I accurate the JEE Main Form Corrections Window?
Ans. Yes, you can accurate the wrongly entered Aadhaar Card Number in the Corrections window facility.
Ques. I seeking to opt for Paper 2. Can I change it in the Corrections window?
Ans. Yes, you can change it in the Corrections window. The payment can be made accordingly before the last date.
Ques. I couldn’t pay my registration fees before the last date of Registration. Can I now pay it and get the Acknowledgement?
Ans. No, you cannot pay the fees now. It should be noted that the accurateion facility is available only for those aspirants who have submitted the application form and paid the requisite fees before January 18, 2018. However, they will be need to pay the additional fees, if it is need.
NOTE: The entrance exam fee for JEE paper I Offline examination is Rs.1000/- for boys and Rs.500/- for Girls belonging to General and OBC Categories. For SC/ST/PWD categories, the fee for boys is Rs.500/- and for girls is Rs.500/-. In case the candidates apply for the computer based examination then the fee for boys from General and OBC groups are is Rs.500/- and for girls is Rs.250/-. The candidates from SC/ST/PWD categories will have to pay Rs.250/-, common for both girls and boys.
