Payment Allots: If the payment made is not reflected in the first go, one should not make another payment immediately. If any extra payments are received by the organizing institution, it will be automatically refunded. It is advised to wait for two days, and check the form status and fee payment has been successful. Response: Yes, without valid domicile of Jharkhand state, you cannot appear in the JCECE entrance examination.
