GCET will be held tentatively in the month of May 2018 for which application form will be invited in the month of March 2018. Different colleges & institutions of Goa state consider the GCET score for want admissions into various courses.
Aspirants can download the GCET Hall Ticket from the official website of www.dtegoa.gov.in

Aspirants who qualify this exam can get the chance of getting admission in the government and private engineering and medical colleges of Goa.

Before filling the application form all aspirants are advisable to must ensure their basic eligibility criteria prescribed for GCET 2018. The at least basic GCET eligibility criteria are as mentioned below:
|Engineering Courses||Aspirants must have pass 10 + 2 or equivalent examination from recognised board.|
He/she should have Physics, Mathematics, and English as a compulsory subject and any one of following additional subject in Chemistry/ Biotechnology/Biology/ Computer Science. Aspirants must have scored minimum 45% marks aggregate for the general group and 40% for SC/ST/PH aspirants.
|B. Arch.||Aspirants must have pass 10 + 2 or equivalent examination with Mathematics subject.|
He/she should have scored at least 50% marks aggregate for the general group and 45% for SC/ST/OBC aspirants.
Aspirants should also qualify the NATA exam.
|BHMS and AHS||Aspirants must have pass 10 + 2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry & Biology subject.|
They must have secured minimum 50% marks aggregate for the general group and 40% for SC/ST/PH aspirants.
|B. Sc. Nursing||Aspirants must have pass 10 + 2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subject.|
He/she should have scored minimum 45% marks aggregate for general group and 40% marks for SC/ST/OBC aspirants.
|B. Pharma.||Aspirants must have pass 10 + 2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and English as the mandatory subject.|
Apart from above subject, aspirants should have an additional subject in Mathematics, Biotechnology, Biology and Computer Science.

Aspirants must make sure that all the given information offered in the application is true. Do not offer the wrong information.
Hall Ticket for GCET 2018 will be announced 2-3 weeks before the scheduled exam date. The application form submitted should contain accurate information and no fields should be left incomplete.

The cutoff of GCET exam will depend on many factors such as earlier years cut-off, number of participants, overall performance. Some of the factors are mentioned below:

Counselling procedure will start most probably in the month of June/July, 2018. The counselling schedule and the selected aspirants’ list of GCET 2018 must be checked by the aspirants for appearing in the counselling process. Qualified aspirants have to fill application form B for admission at the notified location.
