DSAT (Dayanand Sagar Admission Test) 2018 is a University Level Examination to offer admission to courses in Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering (DSCE) and Dayanand Sagar University (DSU). DSAT 2018 will be organized by Dayanand Sagar University (DSU). DSAT 2018 will be organized in the month of April and May 2018.

Exam Dates for DSAT 2018

DSAT 2018 will be organized in various slots in the months of April and May 2018. The exam notification will be allocated by Dayanand Sagar University (DSU) on the official website. The closing date for online and offline application for DSAT 2018 is the third week of March 2018. The online and offline application begins in the first week of March 2018. Eligibility Criteria for DSAT 2018

The at least eligibility for Under Graduate courses for DSAT 2018 examination is 10+2 exam or any equivalent exam. The eligibility for all the courses provided by DSU is listed below.


For Undergraduate Courses

  • For B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy):
    • Participants should have minimum 40% in either of these combinations: PCM, PCB, PCMB, PC & Computer Science or PC & Electronics.
    • Candidates should have passed two-year PUC examination (Karnataka PUC Board) or any equivalent examination of an approved Board or University.
  • For B. Sc. (Bachelor of Science):
    • The at least marks need in aggregate are 45% of marks.
    • Participants must have passed ICSE/PUC/CBSE/10+2 or any equivalent exam from a recognised Board with Chemistry as a mandatory subject.
  • For BPT (Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy):
    • An at least of 40% of aggregate marks in PCB with English in PUC/CBSE/ICSE/10+2 or any equivalent examination.
  • For B. Com (Bachelor of Commerce):
    • Participants should have passed ICSE/PUC/CBSE/10+2 or any equivalent exam from a recognised Board.
  • For Pharm.D:
    • Physics and Chemistry should be mandatory subjects with either Biology or Mathematics.
    • Participants must have passed 10+2 from PUC or any other equivalent examination.
  • For BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications):
    • Participants should have passed PUC/CBSE/ICSE/10+2 from any recognised Board or University.
  • For B.Tech (Bachelor OF Technology):
    • Candidates should have passed in PUC/CBSE/ICSE/10+2 from any recognised Board or University/Any equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as mandatory subjects.
    • The at least marks need for the qualifying examination is 45% for General and OBC category participants. For SC/ST, minimum 40% of marks are needed in Physics, Mathematics or any one of the subjects: Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Biotechnology, Electronics, English.
  • For B.A Journalism:
    • Candidates require Merit rank in CBSE/PUC/ICSE/10+2 or any equivalent examination from recognised Board or University.
  • strong>For PB B.Sc (Nursing):
    • One-year experience is needed after the degree in any hospital or nursing educational institute.
    • Aspirants who have passed their B.Sc. Nursing (Basic) or Post Basic B.Sc Nursing Degree or Post Certificate B.Sc. Nursing from any recognised University with minimum 50%.
    • Participants should be a registered nurse and have passed in Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (DGNM).
  • For BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration):
    • Participants should have passed PUC/CBSE/ICSE/10+2 from any recognised Board or University.

For Post-Graduation Courses

  • For M.Sc. (Nursing):
    • B.Sc. Nursing (Basic) or Post Basic B.Sc Nursing Degree or Post Certificate B.Sc. from any recognised University with at least 50% of marks.
    • Participant must have passed the Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (DGNM).
    • One year of experience of working as a nurse.
    • The participant should be a Registered Nurse.
  • For MPT (Master’s in Physiotherapy):
    • A Degree in Physiotherapy or B.Sc. (PT) of 3&1/2 years period (Full-Time courses) from any recognised university.
    • The at least marks requirement is 50% of aggregate marks with 6 months of internship.
  • For M.Tech (Master of Technology):
    • A degree in BE/B.Tech with minimum 50% of marks in aggregate in the applied choice of field.

DSAT Application Form 2018

DSAT 2018 Application Form can be procedures in both online and offline modes. The last date to submit the application form for both online and offline method is the third week of March 2018. The application form submission begins in the first week of March 2018.

For Online Application Procedure

  1. Visit the official website of DSAT 2018.
  2. Register with a valid email address and mobile number
  3. Click on “Fill Online Application Form”
  4. Fill in all the need credentials.
  5. Upload photograph and signature in jpg pattern

Application Fee for DSAT 2018

Participants can pay the fees online via the official website. For the offline application procedure, application fee payment should be done at the fee counter at the University.

DSAT Hall Ticket 2018

DSAT 2018 Hall Ticket will be available a week before the examination. No, Admit cards will be sent by the University via post. Admit card will be available on the website for download. Participants should download the hall ticket and take a print out.

How to Download DSAT Hall Ticket 2018

Participants who have submitted their applications in both online and offline method will be able to download the hall tickets. Aspirants should visit the link to download the hall ticket. An email with the hall ticket link will be sent out by the University. Unprocedureed payment of application fees will be canceled.
