CUCET (Central Universities Common Entrance Test) is a national level test which is organizeed every year in the month of May-June. It is jointly conducted by 9 universities, Rajasthan University is the organizing body of CUCET 2018. Check below some of the important points for CUCET 2018 exam.
Students can take CUCET 2018 exam to seek admission to various courses provideed by the 10 participating universities. Central Universities of Punjab, Haryana, Jammu, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kashmir, Kerala, Rajasthan, South Bihar, Tamil Nadu, and Bangalore School of Economics will participate in CUCET 2018 exam. Courses provideed under CUCET 2018 comprise undergraduate, integrated, postgraduate, diploma, and Ph.D programs.

Aspirants can fill the forms online from March 2018 to April 2018. Exact dates are not declared yet. The two-hour test is organizeed offline at various centres across the country.

There are a total of 10 universities participating under CUCET 2018. Each university has various criteria for eligibility for aspirants.
There are mainly three types of courses provideed by CUCET 2018. It is recommended that students go via the specific CUCET eligibility criteria of each university personally for their respective course before applying for CUCET 2018. Aspirants can apply for UG, integrated, PG, and research programs.
General eligibility criteria for courses is given below:

CUCET 2018 Application Form will be available in the online method only at the official website of CUCET. However, payment for the same can be made in both online and offline method. The procedure of filling the test form is quite easy.

Admit card is one of the most important documents. Keep it safe until the time your admission procedure is finished.
There are 76 exam centres for CUCET exam in India where students can go and take examinations. They can select CUCET exam centre of their choice. Aspirants will be informed in advance in such a case. In such cases, students are informed in advance so that necessary arrangements can be made. In case less than 100 students register for a test centre then it will automatically be cancelled.

CUCET 2018 exam paper consists of two parts. This part has 75 multiple choice questions. Part B covers domain knowledge and can have 2, 3 or 4 sections. This section will have 25 multiple choice questions. Part A has questions based on Analytical skills. 1 mark will get deducted for every wrong response and 3 marks are given for every accurate choice marked. Each wrong response in the paper will result in negative marking.

The response key of the exam is announced in the month of May. Accurate response key, if any grievances establish, is announced in the fourth week of May.
CUCET Cut off ill depend on the overall performance of students in the entrance exam. Each university announces its own cut off list for the courses they provide. Aspirants with declared cut off marks are only applicable for appearing in the counseling procedure of CUCET 2018. CUCET 2018 Counseling will likely commence in June 2018. This is the final procedure to get admission to their preferred course. Each university has the various number of counseling rounds. Usually, there are up to 2 rounds of counseling. The procedure is held for allocation of the course depending on the student's exam performance and merit.
After the result is declared, applicable aspirants will be intimated for CUCET Counseling session. An aspirant will be situated the seat based on the following factors:
At the time of counseling, students obligatory to take their mark sheets or degree with them. Check with your respective university on what all documents to be taken before you appear for the counseling session. Unless an aspirant fulfils the eligibility criteria, admission by CUCET 2018 would not be entitled.
