Application Form of AP EAMCET 2018

AP EAMCET 2018 Application Form will be available from the 1st week of February 2018. To fill the form, aspirants have to visit the official website of AP EAMCET. The last date to submit an online application will be in March 2018. AP EAMCET 2018 Admit card will be announced in the last week of April 2018. There will be an option to make accurations in the form after registration concludes. An additional fee has to be paid to avail the facility.

Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test, commonly known as AP EAMCET are organizeed by JNTU (Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University). It is expected to be held in the last week of April or 1st week of May 2018. AP EAMCET 2018 is organizeed for admission to agricultural and engineering courses provideed by different colleges/ universities in Andhra Pradesh.

  • In 2017, 2.72 lakh registrations were received for AP EAMCET 2017. A total number of 1,93,469 students applied for engineering stream and 77,676 students applied for agriculture and pharmacy streams. On the other hand, a total number of 1,079 students applied for both engineering and agriculture streams.

Application Dates of AP EAMCET 2018

Official dates will be announced in December 2017 by APSCHE or JNTU. As per the earlier trends, it is expected that the whole procedure will commence from February 2018. You Can Fill AP EAMCET Application Form 2018

All the participants are instructed to read the user guide before filling AP EAMCET Application Form 2018. The guide will be made available as soon as the official notification announces. It will consist all the instructions and screenshots involved while getting registered for AP EAMCET 2018.

Aspirants satisfying the eligibility standards can then fill in the form. The whole procedure will be done through online method. Mentioned below are main steps followed to clear the whole procedure:

Stage 1: Visit the official website of APSCHE. Click on ‘AP EAMCET 2018’ Exam. Click on it and the following screenshot will appear. After clicking it, an option to ‘Online Application’ will be there on top right tabs.

Step 1- Fee Payment for AP EAMCET 2018

The first step in registration is to make need payment to reach Application Form of AP EAMCET 2018. One obligatory to fill in their individual details- Aspirant’s Name, DOB, Mobile No. Click on Step 1 i.e. Fee Payment. etc. After clicking on it, the aspirant will be redirected to a new screen. The fee varies as per the stream and aspirant’s category.

After filling in all the fields click on ‘Initiate Payment’ tab. Then you will be redirected to ‘BANK PAYMENT GATEWAY’. The method of payment obligatory to be chosen for AP EAMCET Registration. Mentioned below are the methods:

Method 1: AP Online/E-Seva/Mee-Seva Centres – Aspirant opting for this method is needed to visit the nearest AP Online Center. The following information obligatory to be offered at the centre:

  • Hall Ticket of Class XII Exam (CBSE, ICSE etc)
  • Aspirant’s father name
  • Mobile number
  • Stream appearing for- Engineering or Agriculture.
  • Aspirant’s DOB (Class X certificate)

Note: Upon successful payment, aspirants will receive the Registration fee payment receipt containing a Transaction ID from the payment center.

Method 2: Credit Card/Debit Card Aspirants opting this method have to fill the compulsory details and make payment. Also, before that, they need to thoroughly go via instruction booklet and then make the payment. Aspirants must note it down and then proceed with the “Application Form” filling procedure. After successful payment, a Transaction ID will be generated on the screen. Acceptable Debit/ Credit Cards are Mastercard/Visa/Maestro.

Note: Aspirants should not refresh or press the back button while the payment is being procedures.

The confirmation of successful payment of Registration Fee is shown with the “Transaction is successful” message in the below web page “Payment Status” along with Reference ID and Transaction Id.

Step 2- Fill Details in AP EAMCET Form 2018

Aspirants successfully paying the application fee, one can then proceed to fill the form. Before getting reach to it, 4 fields namely Transaction ID, Qualifying Examination Admit Card No., Mobile No. and DOB have to be filled. After that, click on ‘Proceed to Fill Application’. Mentioned below are the major fields: Aspirants will then be redirected to a new webpage where they need to fill all the fields.

If an aspirant’s qualifying examination is Intermediate (Regular) or Intermediate (Vocational), then all the details like Aspirant's Name, Father's Name, Mother's Name and Gender will be taken automatically from the existing Intermediate database

Qualifying Examination:

  • Also, obligatory to mention if they require Urdu Translator or not.

Step 3: Download the Filled Application Form

After filling in all the information, aspirants can then submit AP EAMCET 2018 Application Form. Mentioned below is the screenshot of the final application form. Language Option

Aspirants choosing the Medium of Instruction at Qualifying Exam as “URDU”, he/she can avail the facility of a URDU TRANSLATOR. But it is informed that they will be issued ‘KURNOOL’ as the exam center of AP EAMCET 2018.

Test Center Preference

Candidates are suggested that they should fill the form as soon as possible. At maximum, 3 choices can be made for preferred exam centers while filling the application form for EAMCET 2017. The reason being, AP EAMCET Exam Center will be issued at first come first cater basis.


AP EAMCET Retrieving Application Number and Password

Facility to get AP EAMCET Application Number or Password if Lost / Forgot is available Online. Aspirants have to use “Forgot Registration Number” Link to Get AP EAMCET Registration Number if Lost. The procedure to Retrieve AP EAMCET 2018 Registration Number:

  • AP EAMCET 2018 Registration Number will be Displayed on Screen
  • Enter Transaction ID: a). In Case of Payment is via Credit Card /Debit Card, enter the Reference ID; b). AP Online /TS Online /Via Payment Gateway has to enter Transaction ID
  • Press Submit Button
  • Enter Qualifying Exam Admit Card Number, SSC Admit Card Number
  • Open AP EAMCET 2018 Portal and Click on Forgot Registration Number Link
  • View, Save, Print and Download AP EAMCET 2018 Registration Number

In case an aspirant has forgotten his/her password, all he/she has to do is click on the link ”Forgot Password” and then enter his application number and email address, a link to change the password will be sent to aspirants registered an email address.

Check AP EAMCET Form Status

After the completion of AP EAMCET, 2018 Application procedure aspirants can track the status of their application by visiting the official website. AP EAMCET 2018 database is updated every 72 hours (3 days).

On the official website, there is link “Track Application Status” to check the status, aspirants need to enter his/her application form number and password and fill in the CAPTCHA and then click “Track” or press Enter to obtain the status of his application.

As mentioned previous, the database is updated in every 72 hours and if the aspirant is unable to check the status of his application, he should try again later.


Form Accuration for AP EAMCET 2018

Accurations in the application form of AP EAMCET 2018 can be made online only. These accurations will not be entertained in any form either at Regional Center or Test Centers or CONVENER, AP EAMCET 2018 office. These accurations can be done in the stipulated time window. However, aspirants cannot change/accurate everything in the online application form.
