Aspirants must check the official AMU website for the eligibility criteria. The following are the eligibility criteria for AMU BA LLB 2018: If he/she fails to fulfill the criteria, his/her application will be rejected.

The following documents are required for the application procedure of AMU BA LLB 2018:
AMU allows all aspirants to track their application. However, aspirants must note that AMU updates its database every 72 hours so aspirants may not be able to track their application immediately. The link to track is offered on the official AMU website. If such a case arises, aspirants are advised to wait for the database to get updated and then track again.
The application fee for AMU BA LLB 2018 is Rs 550 – payable through Demand Draft (in case of offline mode) or online by means of Credit/Debit card or Net Banking. The DD has to be willing at the time of filling the application form. The Demand Draft should be drawn in favor of Finance Officer, A.M.U., Aligarh, payable at Aligarh.
The hall ticket will be available for download from April 2018. Aspirants required to check the following details cautiously on the hall ticket:
Exam date and exam time will be mentioned on the AMU BA LLB 2018 Hall Ticket. The hall ticket will be required for all procedure of admission and the aspirant has to keep it safe till the entire admission procedure is over.
Aspirants must carry the hall ticket on the day of exam failing to do which might lead to denial of entry inside the exam hall. The procedure for downloading the hall ticket is:
In case the aspirant has forgotten his/her Transaction ID, he/she should click on the 'Forgot Transaction ID' link. The aspirant will be redirected to a webpage where he/she has to offer his/her name and mother’s maiden name (as entered during the registration procedure) to get back his/her Transaction ID.
AMU updates its website every 72 hours so if the aspirant is not able to view the hall ticket yet, he/she should wait for some time to allow the database to comprise the new information and then download the hall ticket.
The aspirant is also advised to take the sufficient number of printouts for the hall ticket as he/she will be required it at every stage of the examination and admission procedure.

Aspirants are advised to check their hall tickets cautiously and make note of the exam center well ahead of the exam.
AMU BA LLB 2018 will be divided into 2 sections. Marks will be deducted if more than one option is selected (unless specified). There is a negative marking of 0.25 in case of a wrong response. The responses to these questions will be short explanation based. Section 2 will have 10 Subjective questions of 2.5 marks each. The first will have 75 Objective questions of 1 mark each. There is no negative marking in this section.

AMU BA LLB 2018 results are expected to be released in the second week of July. However, this is a tentative date and it might be changed by the exam organizing body. The results will be updated on the official AMU website. Aspirants will not be notified personally so they are advised to keep a check on the website. AMU BA LLB 2018 Cutoff is the at least marks an aspirant required to score in the test to be selected for the counseling procedure and eventually get final admissions. The cutoff will depend on factors like
A student is applicable for the counseling round if he/she finds her name on the merit list. However, please note that the merit list will be put up on the official AMU website and students will not be intimidated personally.
Aspirants must note that the exam organizing body of AMU BA LLB, Aligarh Muslim University never announces the official cutoff marks for the year.
AMU will begin the counseling and seat allocation procedure of law admissions 2018 in August (tentative) after the releasement of the result and publication of the merit list. Post that, documents of selected aspirants will be verified and seats will be provided based on that. The counseling will have two rounds – Interview and Group Discussion. The scheduled date and time for document verification and reporting at counseling venue will be given out based on the category. Aspirants will be called for counseling under three categories – nomination Category, chance memo category and provisional seat allocation category. There are 220 BA LLB seats on provide at their three campuses.

In case a situation arises where the aspirant’s documents are established to be false or not according to the University’s standards, his/her admission will be canceled and another aspirant who is next in line in terms of the merit list will be given the opportunity for admission to the Aligarh Muslim University.
