UPSEE 2019 Application Form will be available tentatively in the month of February 2019 and the last date to apply will be in the fourth week of March 2019. Aspirants have to visit the UPSEE 2019 website and clear the online application procedure by choosing the course, filling the basic details and paying the application fee. UPSEE 2019 Application form will be available in online method only.
Application fee of INR 1000 for General category within a specific timeline and INR 500 for the reserved category has to be paid. Only those who fill UPSEE 2019 Application Form successfully will be allotted UPSEE Hall Ticket 2019. UPSEE 2019 examination for various courses is scheduled to be organized in the third week of April 2019 across different test centers in Uttar Pradesh.
Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination 2019 or UPSEE 2019 is organized by Dr.A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University for providing admission to different UG/Post Graduate courses provided by AKTU and its all affiliated technical institutions/colleges. The entrance test organizes separate papers for admission to various courses in the field of engineering, pharmacy, architecture, fashion & apparel design, hotel management & catering technology, fine arts, management etc.

Before filling up UPSEE 2019 Application Form, all aspirants must be aware of the eligibility criteria set by the AKTU for various courses. All the aspirant should meet the eligibility criteria set by the AKTU for that particular course before filling in the application form.

Aspirants must read the information brochure thoroughly and check the eligibility criteria of UPSEE 2019 before applying. Aspirants who will meet the eligibility criteria can apply online method at official website only.
Participants will have to register for UPSEE 2019 before filling the application form, then log in using the application number and password. After filling the application, aspirants will have to pay the fee.
Aspirants should keep a scanned copy of colored passport photograph, signature, and left-hand thumb impression willing for uploading during the form submission procedure.

Aspirants have to pay the examination fee online via Debit Card/Credit Card/another wallet or using net banking while submitting the online application. On the other hand, Female/SC/ST/Person with Disabilities candidates is INR 500. The Application fee for General/OBC/Male/Transgender aspirants is INR 1000.
The application fees along with bank service charges are common for all the courses. There is no other mode to pay the fees besides net-banking/Credit/Debit Card. The fee once paid is non-refundable.
Note: Aspirants do not need to send hard copy of any document or application form to the office of UPSEE. Aspirants are advised to have a print copy of registered application form for future use.
UPSEE 2019 Application Fee can be paid by online method only. Participants who fail to pay the fee are not applicable for further proceedings concerned with the download of hall ticket. The application fee varies as per the category to which aspirant belongs, details are mentioned below:

5% of the total seats in each course are available for the NRI aspirants for direct admission. The seat allocation is done on the basis of merit list as said by AICTE.
NRI or Non-Resident Indian aspirants can also apply online from the official website of UPSEE 2019 in the same way as Indian aspirants offered they update the NRI Status in need column.
How to Retrieve Application Number and Password?
It is recommended for aspirants to keep the application number and password with utmost care. Despite this, if an aspirant forgets these two details, then it can be retrieved by the following steps:
