UGC NET Hall Ticket 2019 will be made available tentatively from the 3rd week of December 2018 at the official website of CBSE, i.e. www.cbsenet.nic.in. Aspirants can log in to the official website by entering their Exam date, PID, and Password. All those who have successfully submitted UGC NET Application Form are applicable to download their UGC NET Hall Ticket.

UGC NET Hall Ticket will be announced by CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education). at the earliest. In case, aspirants fail to receive their call letters, they must contact CBSE at net@cbse.gov.in. UGC NET 2019 is organized in 91 Test cities across the country each year for 100 subjects.

In case aspirant forgets the application number or password. Make sure to carry your UGC NET hall ticket, two recent photographs (colored), receipt of payment and a valid photo ID proof (original) to the examination hall. It can be recovered by responding the security question or by receiving a verification code through SMS or resetting the password via registered email id.

UGC NET Hall Ticket 2019 How to Download?

UGC NET Hall Ticket 2019 will be made available online on the official website of UGC NET. They should stay updated with the official website. Aspirants will not be notified in person for the announce of hall ticket.

UGC NET 2019 Hall Ticket for the January session will be available in the month of December 2018. Admit card will have all the important instructions about the exam and exam center concerned to the aspirant. Follow these steps to download your UGC NET 2019 Hall Ticket.

  1. Visit UGC NET official website i.e. www.cbsenet.nic.in
  2. Search and click on the link, ‘UGC NET Hall Ticket 2019’
  3. Enter your login credentials i.e. Application Number and your password.
  4. Login and download UGC NET Hall Ticket.
  5. Take a print out of it on A4 size sheet.
  6. In case an aspirant has forgotten their password, it can be recovered using security question or by getting a verification code through SMS or e-mail to reset the password.

Aspirants need to carry their UGC NET Hall Ticket to the exam center failure to carry which, aspirants will not be allowed to enter the examination hall or appear for the examination. They also need to carry identity documents with CBSE UGC NET 2019 Hall Ticket.

  • There might be a problem with the login details of an aspirant, kindly check your credentials cautiously.
  • If you have forgotten your application number or password, use forget the password to retrieve the information.
  • Servers will be busy due to heavy traffic on the day of announcing of hall ticket as many aspirants will try downloading their UGC NET 2019 Hall Ticket. So, aspirants should have patience and should try again later.
  • Sometimes, there are problems with the browser also. So, check that you are using the suitable browser that supports the website well.

Exam Centers for CBSE UGC NET 2019

Aspirants are allowed to select 4 exam centers while filling UGC NET 2019 Application Form. The Board will try to allocate city of examination to an aspirant on the basis of their choice in the application form. Though, in exceptional cases, a various city of the nearby location may also be allotted to the aspirant.

UGC NET Hall Ticket 2019 Instructions

  • Aspirants whose hall tickets are not alloted by the Board will not be allowed to sit in the examination.
  • Aspirants without the hall tickets will not be allowed to enter the examination center.
  • On account of appearing in the examination, the Board will not pay any travel allowance to the aspirants.
  • Aspirants, who are not satisfied with the answer, are allowed to challenge by filling an online application form of INR 1000 per question, on the website.
  • In every matter, the judgment of CBSE will be considered final.
  • Aspirants are requested to bring anyone photo identity proof along with their Hall Ticket on the day of examination at the examination center.
  • CBSE has the authority to change the city of examination or date of examination on the basis of their judgment without conveying any reason.
  • All legal disputes pertaining to this exam will fall within the authority of Delhi Courts only.
  • Do not write anything or put any mark on the Hall Ticket or on any other paper.

Exam Day Instructions for CBSE UGC NET 2019

It is compulsory for the aspirants to follow the instructions while giving UGC NET 2019 exam. Failure to which may lead to cancellation of the candidature.

  • The OMR Sheet of Paper I and II should be returned by the aspirant to the Examiner before departing from the examination hall.
  • Calculators, Mobile phones, electronic devices, Log Tables, pagers, books, notebooks or bits of paper etc. are strictly debarred in the Examination Hall. If any aspirant establishes carrying or using any of the items in the examination hall will be considered using unfair means and his/her result will not be declared.
  • No aspirant can leave the examination hall before 10:45 AM in the first session, 12:30 PM in the second session and 4:30 PM in the third session.
  • No aspirant is allowed to enter the hall after the exam has begun.
  • Aspirants should report minimum 2 hours before the beginning of examination at the examination center and cooperate with the security staff/examiners while checking.
  • Aspirants are advised to follow the instructions given by the examiners inside the examination hall and should not get into an argument with them or any other staff member affiliated with the organization of the examination. Misbehaving can lead to the cancellation of the candidature of the students.
  • No two aspirants can discuss or talk on any matter inside the examination hall, failing to which their result will not be declared.
  • Aspirants should maintain clear silence in the examination hall. They are not allowed to disturb the other aspirants.
  • Examination room will have a wall clock. No aspirant is allowed to wear a wristwatch.
