The fine of late submission will be applied from the second week of May 2018. At Least fine of INR 500 will be collected and it can go up to INR 10000 if the form is submitted at the end of May 2018.
GATE qualified students have to fill TS PGECET 2018 Application Form, however, they do not need to appear for TS PGECET exam. They will be invited to attend counseling once the exam is over.

TS PGECET eligibility is defined in the admission brochure. The eligibility criteria are as follows:
There is no upper age limit or lower age limit defined for admission to M. Tech program.
The aspirant must be an Indian national and must be a resident of the state of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana. The domicile must be furnished at the time of counseling procedure to ensure the nativity details. 85% seats are reserved for the local aspirants. 15% seats are available for other students, who have citizenship of India.
The qualifying examination (B.E./B.Tech) must be completed with an at least percentage of 50% marks. Aspirants of reserved category required to secure only 45% marks.
The application form can be filled in the online method only. It has a simple 4 step procedure as defined below:
The application fee is INR 800. If the application form is finished and submitted with all the details before the first week of May 2018 then no fine has to be paid. With the increase in delay duration more fee has to be paid with the additional fine.

The aspirant has to upload a scanned copy of a recent passport size photograph and signature. The steps are as follows: The same must be matching the criteria defined.

TS PGECET gives provision to accurate the inaccurate information entered at the time of submitting the application form. This will be a slow procedure of information correction. The accurate details can be sent to TS PGECET office or can be mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact 040-27097124. This ensures that all the information has been checked. The aspirant must preview the entire application form in one go before hitting the final submit button. The students must thus, be slow with the last step of final submission of the application form.

Ans. No, you can fill the application form in the online method only. The offline provision has been clearly removed from the system of admission.
