NTSE 2019 Hall Ticket for Stage-1 will be available in the month of September/October 2018 while that for Stage-2 will be made available in April 2019.  NTSE Hall Tickets will be allocated by the respective state’s Department of Education and will be made available via the website of the respective state.

There are 2 stages to NTSE 2019, wherein the exam for Stage 1 will take place in the month of November 2018. All information regarding NTSE Hall Ticket will be available with Liaison officer of the State/Chief Superintendent of the state. However, NTSE 2019 exam for stage-2 will be held in May 2019. Stage 1 will be organized by the respective State Authorities.

In case of any discrepancy noted in NTSE admit cards, it should be brought to the notice of State Liaison/Chief Superintendent of state at the earliest. NTSE is organizeed to search the talented aspirants in subjects like Science, Social Science, Mathematics and General Studies. NTSE will declare NTSE 2019 Result for Stage-1 in January 2019. According to their performance, aspirants are given scholarships.

NTSE Hall Ticket 2019 Dates

Tentatively, NTSE Hall Tickets will be made available in the month of October (2019) for Stage 1. These hall tickets can be collected by visiting the office of the State Liaison Office. Please visit your respective state’s Directorate of Education/State Council of Education Research and Training and the NCERT website to read important updates about the Scholarship Scheme.

How to download NTSE Hall Ticket 2019?

All students who have successfully registered will be able to get their hall tickets for Stage 1 exam by post/offline method from the respective state’s government’s education department.The hard copy of the admit card will also be sent through post by the Chief Superintendent of the state. Students can contact their respective state department’s Liaison Officer to know when they will be able to download/receive by post the hall ticket for Stage 1. Stage 2 hall tickets will be made available by post to all students who qualify for it.

Steps to download NTSE 2019 Stage 1 Hall Tickets

Admit card for the Stage 1 exam will be available in the month of October 2018. Stage 2 hall tickets will be made available to only those student who qualify for it. Students will have to contact their State’s Liaison officer to obtain their hall ticket. Students can follow the steps given below to download their Stage 1 hall tickets:

  1. Visit the Directorate of Government Examinations/SCERT official website
  2. Go to Bulletin Tab/Quick links section.
  3. Click on link for NTSE admit cards
  4. Aspirants will have to log in with school code and password
  5. The hall ticket/admit card will be displayed
  6. Download and take a print out for future reference
  7. Aspirants are requested to check their details on the hall ticket cautiously
  8. Students will also get their hall ticket by post.
  9. If a student does not receive her/his hall ticket, they obligatory to contact the State’s Liaison Officer.

Important Instructions regarding NTSE 2019 Hall Ticket

Once the registration is finished successfully, a Roll Number will be allotted to aspirants. NTSE call letters will be allocated at the office of Chief Superintendent (the State Liaison Officer) of the related state or will be made available by post.

Admit cards should be obtained in advance so as to avoid any last minute rush.

Stage 2 NTSE hall tickets will be mailed only to those aspirants who qualify for the stage. They will be straight mailed to the aspirants through post by NCERT.

NTSE hall ticket will mention important details about the aspirant and about the exam. Details mentioned will be, the name of the aspirant appearing in the exam as well as about the examination including timing and exam center.

Aspirants should double check if all the information mentioned on the hall ticket is accurate. In case of any error/discrepancy in NTSE Hall Ticket, it should be brought to the notice of the Liaison officer or to the office of the Chief Superintendent immediately. Students should not wait until the day of the exam to get it rectified.

Exam Centers for NTSE 2019

NTSE 2019 exam is held across 36 exam centers. Aspirants will be allowed to select the exam centers as per their preferences. Students should choose their test centers cautiously. Information like the test center address will be mentioned on the hall ticket that will be allocated to aspirants. Once the test center is allotted, it will not be changed. Each state will have its own test center.

It is best to visit the exam center a few days before the exam to understand its location and whereabouts completely. Students should make sure they access the exam center minimum an hour before the allotted time on the day of the exam.

Documents Need with NTSE 2019 Hall Ticket

Along with the NTSE hall ticket, students should carry along the following documents in case you obligatory to verify identity/candidature etc. You can carry along the following documents/ids.

  • School Identity card
  • Passport
  • Aadhar card

NTSE 2019 Exam Day Instructions

Following are the different guidelines that aspirants must follow while appearing for NTSE 2019 exam.

  • Access the examination hall well before the allotted time/start of the exam (minimum 1 hr. in advance).
  • Any aspirants establish with illicit materials will be immediately disbarred from writing the exam.
  • Please use HB/2B pencils or blue/black ball point pen for marking. Do not use gel/fountain pens.
  • Aspirants are not permitted to use any electronic devices like calculators, mobile phones etc.
  • Make sure to color/darken the bubbles clearly. Do not just put a tick or a cross mark in the bubble.
  • Aspirants will only be allowed to carry their hall ticket and pens and pencils and water bottles inside the exam hall.
  • Aspirants will have to respond via the OMR sheets.
  • To know more about/query about the Stage 1 (state-level) examination you may approach the Liaison officer of your state/UT.
