NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology) will be releasing its official notification announcing the NIFT 2018 Exam Dates. All the interested aspirants must check the details for the same on the Official Website when the notification is out. Since few years, the NIFT Written Exam was scheduled to be held on February 12, 2018, for both Under Graduate and Post Graduate courses.
The NIFT Application Form will be available on the Official Website of NIFT and the last date to fill the same will be January 10, 2018. All the aspirants required to crack the written exam in order qualify to enter the final step i.e. NIFT Situation Test/ Group Discussion and Interview.
Interested aspirants must make sure to get themselves registered for NIFT Entrance Exam before the window closes. The Hall Ticket for NIFT can be downloaded via online medium only and will be made available on January 21, 2018. After successfully getting themselves registered, they will be alloted NIFT Hall Ticket.
The NIFT Form must be filled via online method only. This will help them to keep track of all the important events. The last date to fill the same will be January 10, 2018. Before filling the Application form for NIFT Entrance Exam, it is important for the aspirants to go via the NIFT Eligibility Criteria. We suggest all the aspirants go via the table given below.

NIFT Admission will be based on the aspirant’s performance in the NIFT Entrance Exam and then NIFT Situation Test/GDPI. The form will be available on the official website of National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT). Aspirants required to fill the Application Form online before January 10, 2018.
Basically, the registration procedure involves 4 major steps- New aspirants required to log in by providing a valid mail ID, already logged in aspirants required to offer a valid Photo and Signature, Check the status of their Application Form and then they required to download the Hall Ticket of NIFT. All the interested aspirants can follow the steps mentioned below so as to get oneself registered for the NFT Exam.
The aspirants required to offer few necessary documents during the STEP 1 given in the above chart. These documents are needed to get registered successfully for the NIFT 2017 Entrance Exam. Before starting to fill up the online application, aspirants must be willing with the following details/ documents/ Information.
The Exam Format for the NIFT Undergraduate Programme- B.DS. and NIFT PG Programme- M.Des. Aspirants must go via the earlier year NIFT Question Papers for a better understanding of the level of the question, major topics and time period need. But, the exam format for Undergraduate programme B.F.Tech and PG Programmes- Master of Fashion Management (M.F.M) and Master of Fashion Technology (M.F.Tech.) is different. follows same exam format.
For NIFT Under Graduate Programme (B.Ds.) and Post Graduate Programme (M.Des.)
The aspirants giving the entrance exam of NIFT must have an idea about the NIFT Exam Format. The entrance exams are scheduled on February 12, 2018, and will be a written one. Hence, we are here to inform you about the same. The aspirants for both the programmes have to give GAT (General Ability Test).

The Method of responding both of the written exams will be English. will be 2 hours (120 minutes). Also, the time period for B.Des. and M.Des.
For NIFT Under Graduate Programme (B.F.Tech) and Post Graduate Programmes (M.F.Tech and M.F.M)
These exams will be held on February 12, 2018, and will be a pen paper-based exam. This GAT test will include different sections as given below:

The aspirants are supposed to have a good command over the English Language. Also, this exam will be of 3 hours (180 minutes).
After completing the NIFT Entrance Exam, the shortlisted aspirants will then have to appear for the other levels. The aspirants from B.F.Tech do not need to go via these levels. The other levels being NIFT Situation Test, Group Discussion (GD) and Individual Interview (PI).
