MH CET Admit Card 2018

MH CET 2018 Hall Ticket will be announced on the official website of Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra at http://www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in in the last week of April 2018. DTE Maharashtra announces hall tickets for aspirants who have successfully submitted their applications to appear for Maharashtra Common Entrance Test for engineering and other courses.

The hall ticket will only be available in online method and aspirants are advised to keep a check on the website to stay updated. Aspirants will require their application number and password to reach the hall ticket online. It is compulsory for aspirants to carry their hall tickets and other relevant documents, such as a valid photo-id proof to the examination centre on the day of the exam. Those aspirants who fail to carry their hall tickets will not be allowed to appear for the examination.

The hall ticket will comprise information such as:

  • Examination Venue
  • Photo
  • Date
  • Signature
  • Roll Number
  • Aspirant’s Name

Please note that with the exception of the Important Dates (which is various for each exam), the below-given details about MH CET 2018 Hall Ticket also apply to the following exams:

MHCET 2018/ MHT CET 2018 Hall Ticket will be available at the official website after closing of the application procedure. Please note that these are tentative dates. How to Download MH CET 2018 Hall Ticket?

Once the University announces the hall ticket on its website, aspirants will be able to download and print it. In order to download MH CET 2018 Hall Ticket, aspirants will need to proceed with the following steps: Please note that hall ticket is an important document and must be presented at the exam centre.

  1. Visit the official website at www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in.
  2. Click on the link stating Hall Ticket Download.
  3. Enter Application number, a validated password and a security code to verify the authentication.
  4. Before clicking, ‘login’ button just re-check details you have entered.
  5. Click the ‘login’ button.
  6. MHCET 2018 Hall Ticket will appear on your computer screen.
  7. Download and print the document.

In case the aspirant forgets the password, following steps must be performed in such cases:

  • The response the security question entered at the time of registration. The security question includes the application number, mother’s name and date of the password.
  • Click on ‘forgot password’ tab in blue at the end of login page.
  • Just reset the password and log in to continue.

Details on Hall Ticket

It is recommended that aspirants cross-check all the details mentioned on the Admit Card. The details mentioned on hall ticket is as follows:

  • Timings of the examination
  • Roll number
  • Rules and regulations to be followed on exam day
  • Name of the aspirant
  • Venue or name of the examination center

Documents Need with Hall Ticket

Along with the hall ticket, aspirants will also need to carry several other documents with them on the day of the examination. Please note that if any of the aspirants fail to produce any of the below-mentioned documents, along with the hall ticket then she/he may not be allowed to appear for the examination.

Documents which are required to be carried along with MHCET Hall Ticket are:

  • Authenticated photo identity evidence such as PAN card and Aadhar Card.
  • Print out copy of the Application Form
  • Print out a copy of e-challan, which was drafted at the time of payment of application fee.

Discrepancy in Hall Ticket/ Admit Card

If an aspirant notices any discrepancy in the hall ticket, he/she must contact the organizing authority of the examination. Discrepancy usually occurs if the aspirant has entered a wrong detail or wrong spelling at the time of filling up an application form or due to the mistake of the server.

Exam Day Instructions for MH CET 2018

Aspirants appearing for the MH CET 2018 exam must go via the below-mentioned instructions cautiously to avoid any disturbance and disqualification from the exam thereafter. The instructions said on hall ticket is as follows: These instructions are said on the back of MH CET 2018 Hall Ticket and should be strictly followed by the aspirant.

  • Any type of mobile phones, iPads or any kind of tablets is not allowed inside the examination hall. Failing to maintain the said organize may be barred from the examination. 
  • Translucent black ballpoint pen, pencil and small erasers are the only components required to be carried in the examination centre.
  • Aspirants are instructed not to wear any fashionable and full-sleeves clothes or fashionable shoes including heels. Half-sleeve clothes, Sandal and slippers are permitted.
  • Carry a hard copy of the hall ticket along with need documents. If any aspirant fails to carry the same, he/she may be barred from appearing in exam.
  • Amongst the electronic gadgets, only analogue watches are permitted inside the exam venue.
  • Take an original photo identity proof of the aspirant to verify candidate’s authenticity.
