Aspirants can download the KVPY 2018 hall ticket in October 2018. The hall ticket can be downloaded from the official website http://www.kvpy.iisc.ernet.in. Students are advised to download the hall ticket before the exam.

  • They need to fill their Application Number and Date of Birth.
  • KVPY exam is usually held in the month of November.

  • Admit card for KVPY 2018 will be alloted only to SA, SB and SX stream aspirants.

  • The hall ticket will be displayed on your screen.
  • On this page, scroll to the bottom and click on ‘News and Highlights’.
  • After cautiously filling the details, click on ‘Generate Hall Ticket’ button.
  • Now, download the hall ticket and take a print out on A4 size paper.
  • The link to the website is www.kvpy.iisc.ernet.in
  • Enter your Application No. and Date of Birth to log in.
  • In this section, you will see the heading ‘KVPY 2018 Admit card’. Click on the link.
  • You will be redirected to the news page.

Exam Day Instructions of KVPY 2018

Aspirants have to access the exam venue half an hour before the commencement of the examination. No aspirant will be allowed to enter the exam hall after the exam has started. The KVPY 2018 exam day instructions are given below: -

  • Aspirants cannot take sheets or any kind of papers with them to the exam venue.
  • The only use of Black/Blue ball point pen is allowed.
  • Space for rough work is offered in the question paper.
  • Do not write or mark outside the defined areas on this OMR response sheet as it may invalidate the OMR response sheet. Do not write unsuitable matter or scribble on this sheet.
  • Aspirants should handle the paper cautiously, mutilating or folding of question paper is not allowed.
  • If the aspirant fails to produce the hall ticket, he/she is not allowed to take the scholarship test.
  • Students have to take their KVPY hall tickets with them on the day of the exam.
  • Aspirants have to fill their Roll No., Name and Signature on the OMR sheet in the given space.
  • Electronic gadgets of any kind like mobiles, calculators, pagers etc. are debated in the examination hall.
  • They have to hand over the OMR Sheet to the examiner after the time is over. However, aspirants are allowed to take the KVPY question paper with them.
  • Students should fill the bubbles properly while marking the responses.
