JEECE Result 2019

JEECE Result 2019 will be declared by JCECE Board, tentatively in the fourth week of May 2019 on the official website, www.jceceb.nic.in. Aspirants have to enter their roll number and course selected to check their JEECE Result 2019. It will be declared in the form of merit list which will have the names of qualified aspirants along with their ranks.

Just after the declaration of JEECE Result, aspirants can see JEECE 2019 Response Key on the official website. Students will be invited for counseling on the basis of their rank in JEECE 2019. Aspirants should download JEECE Rank Card as it will be needed in the counseling procedure. Aspirants have to pay the counseling fee to be able to appear for the counseling procedure. There will be two stages of counseling: Round 1 and Round 2.

JEECE 2019 or Jharkhand Engineering Entrance Competitive Examination 2019 will offer admission to the aspirants who are interested in B.E or B.Tech courses. How to Check JEECE Result 2019?

Aspirants will not receive their scorecard via post or e-mail; instead, they have to check the results online on the official website.

JEECE Result will be declared by the fourth week of May 2019 and will be uploaded on the official website. After that, aspirants can download their result, take a print out of it and carry it with themselves at the time of counseling.

Following are the steps to check JEECE 2019 Results:

  1. Visit the official website i.e., jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in
  2. Go to ‘JEECE Results Online Section’
  3. Choose the exam you have applied for
  4. Select the group you seeking to check for and then enter your roll number
  5. Click the “Submit” button and download the Scorecard

Aspirants can also take multiple printouts of the scorecard for their future reference until the admission procedure gets over.

Rules for re-evaluation or rechecking of Response sheets: The response sheets are evaluated through machines. They are well checked and well examined, leaving no scope for re-evaluation or re-checking. That means there is no provision for revaluation and no such communication will be entertained in this regard.

JEECE Scorecard 2019 Details

JEECE 2019 Result will have both, Rank and Name of all the aspirants who will qualify the Jharkhand Combined Entrance Exam 2019. Generally, the rank card of the students who will qualify the examination will be announced within 10 days after the declaration of the result. The rank card will be available online only and will not be sent through the post.

Aspirants who have scored the qualifying marks are applicable to attend the counseling procedure. The authorities prepare the merit list on the base of marks scored by the aspirants in Jharkhand Common Entrance Competitive Exam 2019.

JEECE 2019 Response key will be displayed after the results on the official website of JEECE Board. As the response sheets are checked with clear care, rechecking of the sheets will not be considered.

JEECE Merit List 2019

Students are invited for counseling on the basis of their ranks scored in JEECE 2019 examination. JEECE Result 2019 is released in the form of merit list which will contain the list of competent aspirants along with their ranks.

Aspirants should be aware of the procedure of merit list preparation. Following points are kept in mind while preparing the merit list (just for reference):

  1. The board will prepare a combined merit list, as well as category-wise merit list (wherever eligible) of the aspirants. Seat Allocation will be done by keeping in mind the score obtained in the examination and it will be prepared by the board only.
  1. In case of two or more than two aspirants scoring equal marks in JEECE 2019, the inter-se-merit of such aspirants will be decided in the subsequent attitude:

a. Aspirants with higher marks in Mathematics in the examination will be preferred first.

b. Aspirants with higher marks in Physics will be secondly preferred.

c. Aspirants who are older in age will be given third preference.

d. If the above three will be the same then as per English alphabetical order of the first name will be preferred.

Cut Off for JEECE 2018

JEECE 2019 Cut Off are the at least marks that an aspirant should secure in Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Exam in order to be entitled to admission. The qualifying participants will get admission in several UG Engineering Courses and many others in various Institutes & Colleges situated in Jharkhand State. Only those aspirants will be taken into consideration who have scored the least qualifying marks for admission. Counseling for JEECE

For counseling, aspirants will be called on the basis of their rank in the entrance exam. Aspirants need to produce their original certificates at the time of document verification. Also, it is compulsory for the aspirants to pay the counseling fee to be a part of counseling procedure. If any aspirant fails to produce the original documents then his/her admission will not be considered.

Counseling will be directed by the board. Qualifying aspirants are requested to go via the counseling information guidelines wisely.

JEECE 2019 Counseling will be directed in 2 rounds where the second round is optional. It will only be organized to fill the seats remaining vacant in the first round.

1st Round of Counseling:

Aspirants who are qualified on the basis of Merit rank will be called for counseling. Information about the date of counseling, time and place will be given through leading newspapers of Jharkhand State and it will be available on the Board’s website as well. In the procedure of counseling, the aspirant will be allowed to choose Course/Stream and Institute on Merit-Cum-Choice basis, only after the clear analysis of all the original certificates/documents need that will satisfy his/her identity.

2nd Round of Counseling:

The second round of counseling is only organized in a case where seats are left vacant after the first round. The students who have willingly participated in the first round but wish to change their course/stream and institute can also participate in the second round of counseling. Rest of the process will be the same as mentioned above.

Documents Need During JEECE Counseling 2019

It is important for all the qualified aspirants to produce the hall ticket online at the time of counseling. Aspirants must carry the original as well as the self-attested photocopies of the following documents when they go for counseling:

  1. Mark sheet of class 10 and 12.
  2. Caste Certificate allotted by SDO.
  3. Income Certificate allotted by SDO.
  4. Local resident certificate allotted by SDO.
  5. One passport size photograph
  6. JEECE 2019 Hall Ticket.

If at the time of counseling, either any qualified aspirant does not appear or fail to produce any of the need documents, his/her application will be automatically rejected.

Qualified aspirants need to pay counseling fee for attending the same. All the aspirants, including the aspirants of reserved category, who will be called for counseling will have to submit a challan or IPO to be a part of the counseling procedure.
