IRMA 2018 Question Paper, Answer Key & Analysis

IRMA organized its test on February 4, 2018 (Sunday). It should be noted that IRMA will give 20% weight to this test while shortlisting aspirants for the individuality assessment round for admission to its PG Diploma in Rural Management (PRM) and CAT will determine the balance 80% weight in this shortlisting.   • GK section was the most difficult section and in this section low sectional cut-off is expected. Check IRMA Paper Analysis 2018
  • Quantitative ability and English Comprehension was easier as compared to AR section which was a bit tricky.
  • For Indian Nationals, the final IRMA Result will be declared on March 15. For Foreign Nationals, the final merit list will announce on May 1, 2018.
  • IRMA 2018 Qualifying aspirants will appear for GD/PI rounds from February- April.

How to check IRMA 2018 Response Key?

  • The response key will list responses to the entrance test’s questions in accordance with the sections as per IRMA Question Paper
  • The Response keys help aspirants to measure their performance in the exam before the result is declared.
  • IRMA is expected to announce the official response keys or solution papers towards the end of February 2018, on the official website www. irma.ac.in.

The IRMA 2018 Response Key can be reached by following the steps listed below:

  1. Visit the official website of IRMA
  2. Click the link “IRMA 2018 Response Key”
  3. Enter details of the Question Booklet set code, as demanded.
  4. The official IRMA Response Key will be displayed on-screen.
  5. Download, save and obtain prints of the Response Key for further reference.

Note: IRMA does not have any provision for aspirants challenging the Response Key or re-evaluation of Response Sheets.

Paper Analysis for IRMA 2018

Most of the questions were on Government Schemes or government institutions. Some such questions asked by IRMA comprised:

  1. When was NABARD established?
  2. ASHA is a part of which mission or scheme?
  3. Abbrethroughtion of an acronym -. DAPP

Topics of the passages were IRDP schemes, women-oriented schemes, educational initiatives of the government, short-term migration, and death due to cold. The standalone questions were both on static GK as well as present affairs concerned to reports and indices, Five-Year Plans, Committees, Institutions, and Schemes. Some of the questions were as follows:

  1. What is the projected unemployment rate for 2018?
  2. Who was tasked with revising the formula given by the Tendulkar committee?
  3. What is the new scheme on SC/ST and women called?
  4. In which city/state is NDDB situated?
  5. Which institution is the biggest stakeholder in Regional Rural Banks?

According to IMS experts, attempting 14 to 15 questions out of 31 passage-based questions and four to five questions out of nine questions in 80 to 85 percent accuracy would be considered good performance. IRMA Result 2018 will be declared on March 15.

Cut Off for IRMA 2018

Cut Off score is the at least qualifying score or the least percentile that aspirants should score in order to be considered for admission in IRMA 2018. IRMA Cut off 2018 for the present year is expected to be announced by April 2018. The cutoff score is the summation of aspirants’ performance in CAT/XAT, IRMASAT as well as Group Activity and Individual Interview rounds.
