IBPS RRB Result 2018

IBPS RRB 2018 Result will be released in the second week of March, 2018. Those who complete the exam will be shortlisted for individual interview organized by IBPS. Aspirants can check IBPS RRB 2018 Result on the official website by entering their registration number and password. The final result along with the provisional allocation list will be declared for the post of Officers Scale I, II, III, and Office Assistant at www.ibps.in.

The result will be calculated after adopting the procedure of equal-percentile mode of normalization. The scores up to two decimal points will be taken for the purpose of calculation. The combined final score will be calculated on the basis of scores obtained in the written test and individual interview. For the officer scale, the relative ratio of written test and interview will be 80:20.

IBPS RRB 2018 common written test will be organized for the appointment of Group A and Group B Officers in Regional Rural Banks. On the basis of IBPS RRB 2018 Result, aspirants will be provisionally allotted in 56 Regional Rural Banks.

IBPS RRB 2018 How to Check Result

IBPS RRB Prelim 2018 Result, as well as IBPS RRB Main Result 2018, will be declared on the official website of IBPS. IBPS Prelim Result is expected in October 2017 and the Main result is expected in December 2017. Aspirants can view their result by following the steps given below:

Step 1: Visit the official website of IBPS i.e. www.ibps.in

Step 2:  Look for the link “Click here to View your Result of Main Examination for CWE RRB” and click on it.

Step 3: You will be redirected to a new page, click on “View your Result of Main Examination for IBPS RRB”.

Step 4: Enter the need details such as Registration Number/ Roll Number and Password/ DOB to reach your result.

Step 5: Enter the captcha code and click on login tab.

Step 6:  Next, IBPS RRB 2018 Result scorecard will be displayed on the screen.

Step 7: Download and take a print out of IBPS Clerk 2018 Result for future reference.

IBPS RRB 2018 Normalization of Scorecard

The following process is adopted to obtain scores of IBPS RRB 2018 Main Examination:

The number of correctly responded questions by an aspirant in each section of the objective test is considered for arriving at the normalized score after applying a penalty for wrong responses.

Final scores in each section are rounded off to two digits after the decimal point.

Cut offs are applied to scores in personal sections.

Total Weighted Score (TWS) is calculated as follows:

Total Weighted Score = Scores obtained in (Reasoning X 1.25 + Computer Knowledge X 0.50 + General Awareness X 1.00 + English Language Ability x 1.00 + Numerical Ability X 1.25)

Response Key for IBPS RRB 2018

The official IBPS RRB Response Key varies for Prelims and Mains. Aspirants can check the response key based on memory based questions for assessing their performance and for preparation of the next round of selection. IBPS does not announce any response key; it is announced by different private institutes. Response Key of IBPS RRB 2018 will be announced after the exam is organized successfully.

IBPS RRB Expected Cut Off 2018

IBPS RRB 2018 Cut off will be declared by IBPS. Aspirants can check earlier year cut off to get an idea of IBPS RRB 2018 Cut Off marks. Overall cut off marks will be declared along with cut off marks for each section personally.

IBPS RRB 2018 Interview

IBPS RRB 2018 Interview will be the final stage of IBPS RRB 2018 Selection Procedure. The interview round will be coordinated with the help of NABARD and IBPS. Aspirants must keep the following points in mind while appearing for an interview.

  • The aspirant should qualify both for the written test and interview with high marks in order to get shortlisted for provisional allocation procedure.
  • Relative weight for IBPS RRB 2018 Result and the individual interview is 80:20 respectively.
  • Aspirants have to produce all the original certificates to appear for interview round. In absence of original documents, they will not be allowed to participate in interview round.
  • The interview will be of 100 marks and aspirants who belong to general category have to secure minimum 40% of marks in the individual interview round, while SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD aspirants have to secure 35% of marks.
