IBPS Prelims 2018 is the qualifying exam to appear for IBPS Mains. IBPS Mains will be organizeed in the month of November 2018. The final selection of the aspirant will be done on the basis of the Interview which is scheduled in January 2019. IBPS Prelims is expected to be organizeed in October 2018.
The format of IBPS PO which is nearly same from the last year that is selected is done on the basis of Prelims test, Mains and the interview.
IBPS Prelims will have 100 questions which are of objective nature. The total period of the exam is 100 marks total with the time period of 1 hour. Prelims will comprise 3 subjects, namely:
The time period of IBPS Mains will be 2 hours in which aspirants have to solve 200 questions. The Mains will comprise: The total weightage of the exam will be 200 marks.
The syllabus of both the papers i.e. Prelims and Mains for subjects Mathematics, Reasoning and English will be same the difference will be just the level of difficulty as per the marks allotted to that particular subject. Aspirants required to prepare for General Awareness and Computers once they complete the Prelims paper for the Mains Exam.
