Haryana LEET Result 2018

LEET Result can be viewed online tentatively in the first week of July. To check result, aspirants must log in with their credentials on the official website. LEET 2018 Result is released in the form of scorecard containing sectional and overall scores of aspirants.

Haryana Lateral Entry Entrance Test (LEET) is a state-level examination for direct admission to the second year of B.E. or B.Tech. This entrance examination is organized by the Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) every year. courses provided by different engineering.technical colleges in Haryana. Last year, almost 124 institutes took part in the LEET.

LEET 2018 is tentatively scheduled for May 30, 2018 in online mode. LEET Result is expected to be released online on or before July 07, 2018. Admissions are offered to the course on the basis of the inter se rank obtained in the exam and availability of seats in the stream opted by the aspirant.

LEET 2018 Steps to Check Result

Aspirants can check the result for LEET online using the steps discussed below for aspirants. The result will be displayed on the notice board of their respective LEET exam center also.

Steps to check LEET 2018 results are mentioned below:

  • Enter Application Number and click ‘Submit’. Aspirant’s LEET 2018 result will be displayed.
  • Visit the official website of LEET – http://onlinetesthry.gov.in/Home.aspx.
  • Download the PDF and also print the result.
  • Click the ‘B.E./B.Tech. LEET Results’ link.

There is no provision for revaluation or rechecking for marks obtained in LEET 2018. Therefore, no such requests from aspirants' end will be entertained by the board for LEET 2018.

LEET 2018 Rank List

LEET 2018 Rank in various categories will be assigned for counselling based on the total marks obtained by aspirants. An aspirant with higher total marks will be placed higher in order of ranking. In case two or more aspirants in the same category score equal total marks, a tie-breaking process will be adopted:

  1. An aspirant with higher marks Physics will get a higher ranking as compared to the remaining aspirants with equal total marks.
  2. If the tie still persists, an aspirant with higher marks in the qualifying exam will get a higher ranking as compared to the remaining aspirants with equal total marks.
  3. Finally, an aspirant older by date of birth will be given a higher rank.

LEET 2018 What Next After Result?

  1. Based on the LEET 2018 result merit list, aspirants are called for counselling procedure.
  2. Aspirants required to register separately for Haryana LEET 2018 Counselling.
  3. Applicants must bring all the need documents in original for the counselling procedure.
  4. Aspirants will be allotted a college depending on their choice and rank they obtained in LEET 2018.
  5. For the second round of counselling, aspirants required to fill the priority choices again on the official website.
  6. After the second round of counselling, no additional rounds for seat allocation will be held.
  7. Next, aspirants required to report to the allotted institute along with their requisite documents, certificates, and photographs as per the instructions.
  8. Participants must also submit the fee for the third semester based on the college guidelines.
  9. Following are the documents need for counselling:
  • Three sets of photocopies of above documents attested by a Gazetted Officer.
  • Original mark sheets of aspirant’s past academic exams.
  • Medical fitness certificate
  • Domicile certificate
  • Character certificate
  • Residence proof documents
  • Reservation category certificate (Kashmiri migrant, OBC, SC/ST).
  • Id proof or any photo identity that is acceptable by Government standards
  • Income certificate of parents
  • Admit card of Haryana LEET 2018 examination
