AIEEA Under Graduate 2018 Application Form will be announced in the third week of April 2018. All India Entrance Examination for Admission is a national level entrance exam organizeed by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR).

  • The application form is available in both offline and online mode.
  • While filling the online application form, upload scanned copy of signature, photograph and thumb impression.
  • Enclose the confirmation page along with a copy of bank challan (duly stamped by the bank) and send it to the given address via registered/speed post.
  • The completely filled online application form must be sent to the official address of ICAR.

Eligibility of AIEEA Under Graduate 2018

Eligibility criteria are the most crucial part for any aspirant before applying for any entrance examination. The eligibility criteria for AIEEA Under Graduate 2018 is given below:

  • Qualifying Examination: 
  • Nationality: Participant must be an Indian.
  1. At Least qualification need is 10+2 from a recognised board. The last two years of 10+2 should be studied with Physics, Chemistry and any one of the subjects amongst Biology/ Mathematics/ Agriculture/Home Science.
  2. Those studied intermediate with Agriculture and not with Physics and Chemistry will be applicable for admission in some SAUs in the State of Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh.
  3. Aspirants who wish to opt stream-A in the entrance exam must have necessarily passed intermediate with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Agriculture/Home Science subjects. Stream-B candidates have to pass the 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects.
  4. Intermediate with home science aspirants will be applicable for admission into limited AUs.
  • At Least Marks: Aspirants who belong to GEN, UPS (Under Privileged State) and OBC categories should have passed 10+2 examination with 50% aggregate marks (40% in case of SC/ST/PC).
  • Appearing Aspirants: Aspirants appearing for the qualifying examination (10+2) are also applicable to apply.

How to Fill AIEEA Under Graduate 2018 Application Form

Aspirants are advised to read the information written in the brochure clearly before proceeding to fill the application form for AIEEA Under Graduate 2018. They will have to fill the application form via both online and offline mode. Steps need to fill the online application form are given below:

  • Pay fee by online payment gateway by entering your card details and then click on Pay Now.
  • Choose course preference from Under Graduate and Post Graduate options.
  • This is the final step of the submission of the AIEEA Under Graduate Application Form 2018.
  • The computer- generated confirmation page of the online application and the proof of the fee payment should be attached and the hard copy should be sent via Speed post / Registered Post only at the following address.
  • Give the declaration in a handwriting proof on half white A4 size sheet.
  • You will be directed to the payment page of the application form.
  • Select New Registration.
  • After paying the fees to take the printout of that application form.
  • Fill the need details in every section of the form, namely- Individual details, Subject group provideed, Qualification details, Communication details.
  • Go to the official website of ICAR www.icar.org.in
  • After filling all the details and rechecking it properly, click on submit.

Documents to be uploaded- Photo, Signature, Thumb Impression and Handwriting Proof

  • Photograph: Upload the scanned photograph in the specifications given- 3.5*4.5 cm.
  • Thumb impression of an aspirant: Thumb Impression (3.5*1.5 cm) of the aspirant.
  • Signature: Browse and attach your digital signatures in these specifications -3.5*1.5 cm with a file size of a maximum of 50KB.

  2. Right thumb impression for females
  • Upload handwriting proof: Aspirants will have to write in running handwriting the underlined part of the declaration on an A4 paper and scan and upload it. Forms received without declaration will be termed rejected.

Note: The passport size image file of the aspirant should be in jpeg with size less than 100kb.

Steps Need to fill Offline Application Form

  • The offline form will also be available in the eight institutions of ICAR by making the payment via the bank draft.
  • Fill it manually using blue/black ball point pen.
  • Obtain offline application form along with the information bulletin from Registrars of Agricultural Universities against cash payment or from the prescribed disciplines of Syndicate Bank.
  • Paste the photograph, give the thumb impression and attest the documents by signing the application form in the given space.
  • After verifying all the form details, stamp it with the suitable amount from the bank and send the application form to the following address.

Application Fee for AIEEA Under Graduate 2018

Application fee of INR 500 for General, OBC and UPS category aspirants will be charged, whereas, INR 250 for S.C., S.T. and P.H. categories.

In addition, INR 25 per Bulletin would be charged as handling charges plus service tax as eligible, in case of purchase against cash, whereas INR 50 per Bulletin should be added in the Bank Draft amount towards postal expenses if requested to be sent by post from COE (Edn).
