DU JAT (Delhi University Joint Admission Test) Exam Pattern 2018
DU JAT (Delhi University Joint Admission Test) 2018 Exam Format will be given by University of Delhi and is stated to be organizeed in pen and paper method i.e. offline mode. The type of question paper is objective type.

  • The question paper checks the aspirant’s knowledge of Quantitative Ability, General English, Business & General Awareness and Reasoning & Analytical Ability.
  • Aspirants have to attempt 100 questions in a period of two hours.
  • The question paper will only available in English language only.
  • There is also a negative marking of 1/3rd. For every inaccurate answer, aspirants have to lose 1 mark.
  • DU JAT 2018 is of 300 marks, for every accurate response aspirants will be honoured 3 marks.
  • There are four sections in the question paper, each section contains 25 questions.

DU JAT 2018 is organizeed once every year in the month of June. The exam is organizeed by Delhi University for the candidates want admission in different undergraduate programs like BMS, BBA etc. DU JAT is scheduled in the month of June 2018.

Exam Format in Detail of DU JAT 2018

DU JAT is organizeed in pen and paper method i.e. offline mode. The question paper consists of 100 questions to be done in a period of 2 hours. The question paper is of objective type i.e. MCQ based. The question paper will only be available in the English language. There is 4 section which consists of 25 questions in each section.

The question paper checks the aspirant’s knowledge of Quantitative Ability, General English, Business & General Awareness and Reasoning & Analytical Ability. Each section carries equal marks with an equal number of questions.

Marking Scheme of DU JAT 2018

DU JAT 2018 question paper consists of a total 300 marks. If a single question is marked twice, it would be considered as a wrong response. There is 1/3 negative marking in the question paper. The aspirants will be honoured 3 marks for every accurate response. There is no deduction of marks for un-attempted questions. Each question carries equal marks in the question paper. Every inaccurate response will lead to the deduction of 1 mark.

Important Instructions of DU JAT Exam Pattern 2018

Given below are the important instruction for DU JAT 2018 aspirants should read to avoid unknown error:

  • It is not allowed to clarify doubts on any item in test booklet from the examiner.
  • It is mandatory to bring hall ticket, without the hall ticket entry would be debarred.
  • The response should be marked properly by darkening the circle in the OMR sheet.
  • Fill the need details on the response sheet. The result may not be evaluated if the details are not entered or entered correctly.
  • Failure to follow instruction written in the examination will lead to disqualification. 
  • No extra rough sheet is allowed in the examination hall. The margin will be given to do rough work in the test booklet.
  • No electronic item is allowed in the examination hall which is considered as the subject of cheating.
  • Aspirant should access the exam centre 1-hour prior than the commencement of exam
  • Do not open the test booklet without permission
