Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in the respective field and should secure the at least aggregate as specified by DMRC. Personals awaiting their result or appearing for the final semester of the qualifying exam are also applicable to appear for the test.

Only those applicants who apply for the test by rendering the requisite application fees can appear for the test. It should be noted that application forms can be submitted only via the online mode.

Application procedure for DMRC Appointment Test 2018 includes 4 main steps- Registration and filling of Application Form, Uploading Documents, Payment of Fees and Generation of Registration Slip. Pre-requisites for filling DMRC Appointment Test 2018 Application Form are:

  • Class 10 Mark sheet and class 12 Mark sheet
  • Scanned images of Photograph, Signature, Category certificate and PwD certificate.
  • Mark memos of all the semesters of Graduation Degree
  • Valid mobile number and email ID

Registration and filing of Application Form:

  • They will then have to enter individual details like (name, gender, date of birth, nationality, religion, etc.), qualification details and communication details (mailing address, email ID and mobile number).
  • The application form will appear on the computer screen. Candidates will have to first select the name of the post and postcode.
  • Log on to the official website and click on ‘Career’. Next, select the appointment notification titled ‘DMRC/ OM/ HR/ I/ 2018’ and choose the option of ‘Apply Online’.

Upload Documents:

  • Click on ‘Submit’ after checking all the information. Candidates must note that application forms once submitted cannot be edited.
  • The pattern of the certificates should be as prescribed in the notification.
  • After these documents are uploaded correctly, a preview of the application form will appear on the screen. Personals should verify all the details entered and can modify or edit it in case of any discrepancy.
  • Applicants must then upload scanned images of their recent, passport-sized photograph, signature, category certificate and PwD certificate (if eligible).
  • The size of the files should not be more than 100 KB and should be in .pdf/ .jpg pattern.

Payment of Fees:

  • Each participant must pay the non-refundable DMRC Appointment Test 2018 application fees. The fees can be paid via the offline method only.
  • An SBI bank challan will be generated after submitting the form.
  • Candidates must retain the receipt as proof of payment.
  • They must enter the need payment details on the bank challan and submit it after 24 hours of generation of the challan at the nearest discipline of SBI. Application fees should be paid in cash only.

Generation of Registration Slip:

  • Participants must log in after 48 hours of paying the fees to download the registration slip.

How to retrieve Registration/ Application Number or Password?

Candidates will be allotted a unique application number for DMRC Appointment Test 2018 during the registration and application procedure.

In case an applicant forgets his password, then the steps involved in retrieving it are given below:

  • Click on ‘Submit’. Enter a new password of your choice.
  • Participants will need to enter their Date of Birth as also their parents’ name.
  • Go to the registered aspirant’s login page of DMRC and enter your registration ID.
  • Click on ‘Forgot Password’.

Ques: Are aspirants need to send the hard copy of the application form or uploaded documents by post to the organizing body?

Ans. No. Applicants will only have to upload the need documents and certificates online and will not have to send it by post or courier to the authority.

Ques: If the print out of the registration slip could not be taken. Can it be taken out at a later date?

Ans. Yes. The registration slip will be available on the official website and can be printed out at a later date.

Ques: Can applications for multiple posts be submitted?

Ans. Yes. Aspirants can submit applications for more than 1 post as per their qualifications. They must be current for the exam for various posts which may be held on separate days.

Ques:I am a student belonging to the OBC category. Can it be done? However, I selected the general category by error while applying for DMRC Appointment Test 2018. I wish to change my category.
