CSIR UGC NET 2018 Application Form can be filled through an online method in the month of January 2018. CSIR UGC NET is organizeed to provide Junior Research Fellowship or Assistant Professor post. The last date to fill online application form will be in February 2018.

Eligibility for CSIR UGC NET 2018

Aspirants who are ready to apply for CSIR UGC NET exam must fulfil the eligibility criteria as said below:

  • Aspirants who have finished their Ph.D. before 19 September 1992 can also apply for the eligibility test.
  • Aspirants with bachelor’s degree will be applicable only after getting registered/enrolled for PhD/Integrated PhD program within the validity duration of two years.

Nationality

All the candidates who are applying for CSIR UGC NET 2018 must be the citizens of India.

Age Limit and Relaxation

The at least age limit for the exam according to the authorities is 28 years. Relaxation can be granted to the aspirants belonging to various categories (SC/ST/OBC) other than General.

Steps to apply

Aspirants can visit the website and apply for the exam following the steps mentioned below:

  • Then click the “Submit” button for final submission.
  • This will open the Application Form.
  • Then proceed to deposit the fee.
  • Take a printout of submitted application form and also get a photocopy of the same for future reference.
  • Visit the official website of CSIR
  • Attach all the important certificates with CSIR form and send along with CSIR marked a copy of fee deposited Bank Challan on or before the last date to the address below:
  • After filling the clear details and fee payment, preview and recheck CSIR Application form 2018.
  • Attach your recent black & white photograph, and signature at the need places on the hard copy of the application form.
  • Click on the link “Apply Online” on the homepage of the website.
  • After the form submission, a system generated Application Number will be assigned to the aspirant.
  • Aspirants required to download Bank Challan Performa. Download it and fill it cautiously.

Enclosures need to be sent along with the application form are as follows:

  • An attested copy of physically or visually handicap or SC/ST/OBC certificate.
  • The photo should be pasted on the application form and signed across by the aspirant.

Application Form Correction for CSIR UGC NET Application Form 2018

Aspirants can make corrections in UGC NET online application in case of any mistake in the submitted application. Corrections must be done on the printout of the application form and must be duly signed by the aspirant.
