- The time period to clear the examination is 2 hours.
- Except for Mathematics section each of the section carries 80 marks whereas, Mathematics section carries 240 marks.
- BIT MCA 2018 is an online computer based test.
- The test is included in objective type questions. Students are advised to response the questions cautiously because for every wrong response marks will be deducted.
- BIT MCA 2018 test consist a total number of 120 questions which is asked from the four various subjects- Mathematics, English, Computer Awareness and Analytical Ability & Logical Reasoning.

Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra organizes **BIT MCA** entrance test every year for the screening of those aspirants who want admission in full-time MCA programme. After applying for the entrance test, students can get admission in different campuses situated at Lalpur, Jaipur and Noida.

For the better preparation of the examination, students must know about the examination format. The paper is divided into four sections i.e. Mathematics, English, Computer Awareness and Analytical Ability & Logical Reasoning. In the paper, there are four options for every question that aspirants need to mark. The time period to clear the exam is 2 hours.

- The questions are of the objective type which is based on the latest syllabus.
- Students can easily get the BIT MCA entrance exam syllabus on the official portal. They can download and start exercise accordingly.
- The examination method is online i.e. it is a computer-based test

Before start filling the online application form, students have to create their username and password. They are advised not to share their username and password with anybody.

- If students establish with any of the above objects then their paper will be cancelled and they also not applicable for this exam in future as well.
- Aspirants are advised not to carry any form of textual material or electronic gadgets with them like log tables, electronic watches, mobile phones, pagers, calculators etc.
- Aspirants have to bring the hall ticket at the time of the examination
- Do not download the application form and take a printout of it and fill it by hand because this hand-written application form will not be accepted.
- They are advised to read the question cautiously because for every wrong attempt 1 mark will be deducted
- Students can carry ballpoint pen, eraser, pencil, geometry set etc.
- Students are advised to access the examination centre or on before time
