BCECE Result 2018

BCECE (Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination) is a state level entrance examination of the state of Bihar. It will most probably be held in April 2018. BCECE 2018 Result for admissions in different courses like agriculture, medical and technology, in Bihar state will be released by the BCECE board.

Since BCECE is organizeed in two stages - Stage 1 and Stage 2, the results for BCECE 2018 stage 1 are most likely to be announced in the 1st week of May 2018 and stage 2 Results will be released in the 1st week of June 2018.

  • BCECE Counseling will commence after the releasement of BCECE Result Stage 2.
  • The result will be released online at www.bceceboard.com
  • Aspirants can download their rank card once they fill in their roll number and date of birth.
  • Participants who complete BCECE 2018 entrance test with the cut-off marks, will be asked to appear in the counseling process for the allocation of seats.

How to Check BCECE Result 2018?

Participants can reach their BCECE 2018 Result by following the following few steps:

  • List of qualified participants will be displayed on the screen
  • Search for the link that reads “BCECE Stage-I/Stage-II Result 2018” and clicks on it
  • Go to the official website of BCECE Board, www.bceceboard.com
  • The result will be displayed in .pdf pattern
  • Take a printout of it and keep it for future references.
  • Enter your roll number, seat number and date of birth

Response Key for BCECE 2018

BCECE 2018 Response Key will be announced prior to the declaration of results for both the stages. The information about the publication of response key will be given on the website after the exam is organizeed. Publication of response key is made to inform students of the accurate responses to check their performance and estimate their scores before the declaration of result. 

Score +4 marks for every accurate response and deduct -1 mark for every inaccurate answer.

The expected score calculated by the aspirant with the help of response key enables them to determine their chances of admission in the preferred college.

  • Select the response key link as per your set of question paper
  • A link will be offered for BCECE 2018 Response Key
  • Click on the link, a response key will appear.
  • Download it in pdf pattern and save it.
  • Estimate your score.
  • Go via the official website of BCECE

Cut Off of BCECE 2018

After the declaration of result, the cut-off is announced. Aspirants must score an at least of marks to match the cutoff or else they will be debarred from the admission process. The cut off is the qualifying marks that are decided by the examining authority.

The cut-off will depend on different factors such as:

  • availability of seats, and
  • the number of participants,
  • the difficulty level in the exam.

On the basis of the BCECE Cut Off, the examination board will prepare the merit list of all qualified aspirants.

Rank Card of BCECE 2018

BCECE Rank Card 2018 will also be available along with the merit list. Aspirants will get the rank card from the second week of June 2018. The rank card will be announced in the online mode.

How to Download the Rank Card?

  • Enter “User ID” & “Password”.
  • Go to the official site
  • Keep the printout of the rank card for counselling session.
  • Click on the link “BCECE Rank Card 2018”.
  • Click on the submit button to download the rank card.
  • The rank card will be displayed on the screen.

Counseling of BCECE 2018

BCECE Counseling will most probably start from the 1st week of July 2018. It will be organizeed as per the aspirant’s rank in BCECE 2018. Students will be called for counseling sessions on the basis of their merit.

To participate in the counseling, students have to download the counseling call letter. Counseling call letter will be uploaded online on the official website of BCECE Board.

The counseling of BCECE includes the following steps:

1. Online Registration

Firstly, students have to register for counseling. To register, aspirants have to enter individual details like aspirant’s name, father’s name, date of birth and BCECE 2018 roll number. They will also be asked for details of their address, phone number etc.

2. Choice Filling

Students need to log in using roll number and password for filling the choices. Lock your choices after logging into your account and keep a printout of it for future reference.

3. Provisional Seat Allocation

After locking their choices, participants can download the provisional allocation letter by logging into the account. The aspirant should now report to the assigned counseling venue, along with provisional allocation letter, for handwriting verification. The counseling venue will be printed in the allocation letter.

4. Handwriting Verification

Aspirant’s handwriting will be verified before the final seat allocation. Handwriting verification is done to ensure that right aspirant is appearing for counseling.

5. Final Seat Allocation

Aspirants can now check and download their final allocation letter. To download the final allocation letter, students required to log in their account. After receiving the final letter, aspirants have to report to the specified counseling centre for document verification.

Documents Need at the time of BCECE Counseling 2018

  • 12th Class Admit card and Mark Sheet
  • Category Certificate (if eligible)
  • BCECE 2018 Counseling Call Letter
  • Medical Certificate
  • 10th Class Certificate
  • 6-7 recent passport size photographs similar to the hall ticket photograph.
  • BCECE 2018 Hall Ticket of Stage-1 and Stage-2
