AP EAMCET Results 2018 will be declared in May 2018 by JNTU, Kakinada. They will be available in the form of Merit list in PDF pattern. The list will consist names of qualified aspirants along with their ranks. The result for AP EAMCET 2018 exam can be checked by providing the roll number given on the admit card.

After the declaration of results, a merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks scored by aspirants. Each course will have a various merit list. As per the order of shortlisted names, aspirants will have to appear for AP EAMCET Counseling 2018. It is important to carry the important documents to the counseling venue.

JNTU has scheduled the exam in April 2018. The exam will be organizeed on behalf of APSCHE (Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education). AP EAMCET 2018 exam is an abbreviation for Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Courses Entrance Test.

Merit List of AP EAMCET 2018

AP EAMCET 2018 merit list will be formed on the basis of aspirant’s performance in the entrance exam. The cumulative score of the performance of the aspirant in AP EAMCET and inter college exams will be used for forming the merit list. The percentage marks in the entrance test and the inter-college exam will be used to prepare merit list. Merit list for each of the course will be different. Cut off of AP EAMCET 2018

AP EAMCET 2018 cut off will be published on the official website for different streams. Cutoff will depend on the following factors: Aspirants who will complete the at least cut off will be invited for EAMCET 2018 counseling on the basis of AP EAMCET merit list.

Aspirants who have not been able to meet the need cutoff will not be allowed to participate in counseling procedure. Aspirants who will complete the at least cut off will only appear for the admission procedure. AP EAMCET 2018 cut off for each of the institute and course will be different.


Counseling of AP EAMCET 2018

AP EAMCET counseling will be done according to the merit list. No reason whatsoever will be accepted for absence at the time of AP EAMCET 2018 counseling. Aspirants who fail to deposit the admission fee will not be considered applicable for admission. Shortlisted aspirants have to report at the venue in person. The procedure is expected to start in the second week of June 2018. For each of the course, counseling will be organizeed independently. Aspirants have to deposit the token money to clear the admission procedure on the same day at the college.

In such cases, an aspirant can appear for counseling in next round only. The rank will be considered but earlier registration will be cancelled. Aspirant will start afresh with the entire counseling procedure.

Documents need at the time of Counseling

AP EAMCET is organizeed by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University on behalf of APSCHE for the admission into different professional courses provideed by different universities and private colleges in Andhra Pradesh. Following are documents need for the aspirants who are participating in the AP EAMCET 2018 Counseling Procedure: AP EAMCET Counseling has been started.

  1. All the original certificate must be brought at the counseling and 2 sets of Xerox copies of APEAMCET 2018 Rank Card and Admit Card.
  2. 6th to Inter Study Certificate
  3. Intermediate Memo of Marks-cum-Pass-Certificate
  4. Aadhar Card, Caste Certificate alloted by the competent authority and also PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority Certificate if eligible.
  5. Income Certificate alloted after 01.01.2018
  6. Residence Certificate (in care the aspirants does not have any institutionalized education there)
  7. Residence Certificate of either of the parents in Andhra Pradesh for a duration of 10 years in case of non-local aspirants.

Certificates to be produced by PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority Aspirants

  1. Aspirants must be with 40% disability or more to be applicable.
  2. CAP Aspirants will only comprise whose parent has a domicile of Andhra Pradesh.
  3. Anglo-Indian: a certificate alloted by Tahsildar of their place of residence.
  4. Minorities must have an SSC TC containing their minority status or a certificate alloted by their headmaster.
  5. Aspirants applying under the NCC or the Sports must have a certificate from a competent authority.
  6. Aspirants applying under PH Category must have a certificate alloted by a competent medical authority.
  7. Aspirant applying under CAP must produce a certificate alloted by Zila Sainik Welfare Board (In case of ex-serviceman) ID card and Discharge book for verification.

Fee to be paid in the Certificate Verification

The aspirants who wish to participate in the counseling process of AP EAMCET will have to pay a certain amount as a fee at the time of Certificate verification. If the aspirants fail to do so, they will lose their right to claim their admission.

  1. Procedures Fee of Rs. 1000/- for OC and OBC and Rs. 500/- for SC/ST
  2. The official website will also announce the Tuition fee Particular and seats available under Convener Quota College-wise before the commencement of the Option Entry
  3. The fee reimbursement for applicable aspirants is subject to guidelines is alloted by the Government of AP from Time to time
