Analysis, Question Paper, Answer Key & Cut Off for ATMA 2018

ATMA 2018 was successfully held on January 14, 2018. The exam is being organized successfully every year since 2000 and the scores are used in admissions procedure as a dependable predictor of candidate’s performance in postgraduate management programs. Cut off (category and course wise) will announce on the official website of each of the participating institutes. Check ATMA Expected Cut off

  •  ATMA Result will be declared on January 192018 announcing names of all qualifying aspirants. 
  • There are 89 participating institutes, whereas over 200 institutes accept ATMA scores for admissions to MBA, PGDM and MCA. 
  • QA was dominated by questions on Arithmetic. The level of difficulty was easy-moderate. Check ATMA Paper Analysis (Detailed)
  • Selection will be done on the basis of merit prepared after considering overall performance of aspirant. Check ATMA Selection Procedure
  • The overall difficulty of the exam did not vary much from the earlier ATMA Exams
  • There were two sets with total 6 questions on Data Interpretation, one in each section.  
  • There was 1 Reading Comprehension passage with 6 questions (three of them were vocabulary-based and all were simple).

ATMA Question Paper 2018

  • Aspirants obligatory not attempt every section as per the given order. They can choose to attempt any section during the stipulated time.
  • The ATMA 2018 Question Paper consists of 180 multiple choice questions (MCQs) from three sections: Analytical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and Verbal Skills.
  • For every accurate response, the aspirant will be honored 1 marks whereas, for each inaccurate response, a negative marking of 0.25 mark will be exercised.
  • The test must be attempted within the period of three hours.

Response key for ATMA 2018

Aspirants can reach ATMA 2018 Response Key few days after the exam. Aspirants can check the response keys, ones available via the following process: Students can estimate the approximate score can score. The response key will be uploaded for all the three subjects- Verbal Skills, Analytical Reasoning Skills, and Quantitative Aptitude.

  • Take a print out for future reference.
  • Then, click on submit button. ATMA 2018 Response Key will be displayed.
  • Visit the official website i.e. www.atmaaims.com
  • Download the Response key and match response with your response.
  • Enter the need credentials i.e. Application ID and Password.

Challenging ATMA 2018 Response key

In case of any discordance, participants can also challenge the responses offered in the key. The challenges against the response key will be referred to the exam board committees constituted by AIMS (Association of Indian Management Schools). 

Paper Analysis for ATMA 2018

Although every year difficulty level and format of the test does not fluctuate much, aspirants must exercise earlier year questions sets to attempt maximum questions correctly. Every year, each section ranges from easy to Moderate level questions.  Each question will have four options.

Cut Off for ATMA 2018

Candidates must secure at least marks (Cut Off) so that they are shortlisted for the further admission procedure. Cut off marks may vary for each institute, depending on different aspects, as said below: Cut off for each participating institute will be released by ATMA on their respective web portals.

  • The number of seat availability for admission to institute via ATMA 2018 examination.
  • Total qualifying aspirants.
  • The difficulty level of the question paper.
  • The number of aspirants qualified for the exam.

Admission Procedure after Result Declaration

  • Aspirant’s admissions to these institutions are solely judgment of the institute.
  • The admission to any participating college of ATMA will be based on the total marks an aspirant scores in all selection rounds.
  • These scores are valid for one year only. Aspirants can opt for any five colleges they seeking to take admission in.
  • The ATMA Office will send these scores within a week of the receipt of the request.
  • The aspirant should write to ATMA Office straight indicating the institutions to which his/ her scores should be sent, with a fee of INR 100/- per Institution.

Students are expected to apply straight to the different Institutions for their Admission Bulletins and Application Forms, within the deadlines for admissions to each Institution.
