SCSA only offers Bachelors in Architecture, which is designed to foster creativity and producing innovative ideas.There are diverse specialization in B.Arch such as:
Candidate should have completed 12th with PCM as compulsory subjects or Diploma holders in Civil Engineering (3 years) or Diploma in Architecture with minimum 50% marks.
Candidate must possess valid score card of NATA with minimum 40% score as eligibility.

All students studying in SCSA are duly registered with the COA. Placements in college are 100% and also there are students who practice individually after passing out.
The Internship during semesters helps students to get pre-placement offers which further help them to decide what is best for them.
SCSA provides scholarships to those students who perform well in their academics with 80% and above. Students are selected on merit-basis and then they are called for face to face discussion.
