Galgotias Institute of Management and Technology (GIMT), was established by the Mr. Suneel Galgotia, the Chairman of Galgotias Educational Institutions. It was founded by Smt. Shakuntla Educational & Welfare Society.

• The institute is affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow.
• It has acquired an exclusive status in the country by flouting new grounds is creating professionals of national and international praise and have been recognized among the top status institutions.

• The computer labs are equipped with 1000 high-tech i3/i7 PC with the latest software.
• The institute has conventional its own Radio Microwave Link facility with a high speed of 4 Mbps via RF Link.
• Each student is delivered with an independent personal computer for his/her academic use.

Festivals: Galgotias Institute of Management and Technology encourages its students to take part in festivals that are conducted by the institution and managed by the students themselves so that they learn cultural values, management techniques and leadership skills. G-Quasar is the grand annual three day festival of Galgotia’s Educational Institutions held in February. 

Scholarships:

• 100% tuition fee waiver to the toppers (1st Rank Holder) of all the Board/University.
• 50% tuition fee waiver as scholarship for students securing up to 4, 000th rank in the IIT/JEE Examination.
• 50% tuition fee waiver as scholarship for students securing up to 100th rank in the AIEEE Examination.
• 25% tuition fee waiver as scholarship for students securing 93% aggregate/PCM and above in class 12 or 80% marks in graduation.
• 50% tuition fee waiver as scholarship for students securing up to 100th rank in the UPSEE Examination.
• 20% tuition fee waiver as scholarship for students securing up to 5000th rank in AIEEE Examination
