Apex Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jaipur was established in 1998 by Sanjay Shiksha Samiti (An Education Society).Objective of the college is to bridge the growing gap between demand and supply of trained professionals with firm belief in the core human values of compassion, honesty and righteousness.

Scholarships -
Charitable Scholarship -
- 25% Scholarship on Tuition Fee shall be awarded to each of the Siblings who are studying at any institution of the Apex Group of colleges
- 30% Scholarship on Tuition Fee shall be awarded to Girl Students having no sibling
- 100% Scholarship on Tuition Fee shall be provided to all students under the TFWS category
- 50% Scholarship on Tuition Fee for all those students whose Father is not alive
- 100% Scholarship on Tuition Fee shall be awarded to all those eligible students whose parents are not alive
- Under Sports quota, 50% Scholarship on Tuition Fee to all National Winners, 30% to all National Runners up & 20% to all National participants
- Under Sports quota, 25% Scholarship on Tuition Fee to all state winners in any sports category. 15% to all State runners- up & 10% to all the state participants
- There is a provision of awarding 25% Scholarship on Tuition Fee to all physically handicapped Students
- 50% Scholarship on tuition fee shall be provided to each student whose parents (either father or mother) or sibling are working with any group institutions of Sanjay Shiksha Samiti, Jaipur
