About College
Ambedkar Institute of Management Studies (AIMS) was established in 1995 which initiated by the former union minister of Andhra Pradesh, Shri G Venkat Swamy Guru. The institute was launched with an aim to cater the poor and less privileged sections of the society and bring out the well-read and technically trained graduates. AIMS is established with the approval of All India council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of HRD, and Government of India to offer two-year full-time Post-Graduate Program in Business Management (PGDBM). It endeavors to impart quality management education and inculcate among the youth humane and ethical perspective based on values of honesty, dedication and social justice. The institute also aims at developing an all-round and harmonious personality with good culture, values, and attitude among the educated youth.

Ambedkar Institute of Management Studies Scholarships:
It provides Scholarship for the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Backward Class students are given social welfare Scholarships as per government rules and regulations. Some other SC/ST candidates are considered for fee concession based on their economic background and merit.
Merit Scholarships:
Brilliant Students are motivated by awarding merit scholarships one each in the first year and second year. The parent Body, the trust, instituted a merit scholarship of Rs.500 per month for the student who secures highest aggregate marks Trimester/semester-wise.
