- Period of ME/MTech courses is 2-years.
- The basic eligibility need for aspirants to apply is graduation with 55% marks.
- The seat intake for each course is 18.
- Selection will be based on academic performance of aspirants.
- The registration closes by the Second week of July 2018.
- GATE qualified aspirants will be given preference in the selection procedure.
- The application procedure is entirely online.
- Application fee of INR 750 required to be paid by unreserved category and INR 250 for SC/ST/OBC aspirants.

ME/M.Tech
Aspirants must fulfil the eligibility criteria before applying for the ME/MTech course. Preference will be given to GATE qualified aspirants.

Note: Aspirants belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories will get relaxation as per the norms of State Government of Madhya Pradesh.
University Institute of Technology, RGPV ME/MTech Application Procedure
ME/M.Tech
The application procedure is clearly online and form is available on the official website of the university. For SC/ST/OBC category aspirants of Madhya Pradesh, the registration fee is INR 250. The steps of application procedure are as follows:
- A registration window appears, register yourself with the basic information asked.
- Login with the credentials and fill in the application form.
- Visit the official website.
- Preview clear filled-in application form and submit it
- Click on ‘Post Graduate Admission 2017-18’ link and further on ‘Apply Online’.
- Upload the scanned copies of recent passport sized photograph and signature
- Login credentials will be sent to registered Mobile no and Email.
- Take a printout of the filled in application form and attach relevant self-attested documents and sent it to the university.
Need Documents
Aspirants required to attach self-attested Xerox copies of all the academic qualification certificates.
- A recent passport sized photographs
- Class XII certificates and Marksheets
- Class X certificates and Marksheets
- Graduation certificates
- Date of Birth proof
Note: Original documents required to be produced at the time of interview.
Application Fee
Aspirants required to pay the registration fee of INR 750 for unreserved category aspirants. Aspirants must offer active mobile no and Email Id for regular updates. If an aspirant wishes to apply for more than one course/specialization, then he/she must pay the registration fee for each course/ specialization separately.

ME/M.Tech
Selection will be purely based on academic performance of aspirants. Final selection of aspirants for admission will be based on performance in Interview. Merit list will be generated according to academic performance. No separate Entrance exam will be organizeed for the selection procedure
