Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati is a UGC affiliated “A” grade University. The university has four constituent colleges and 36 affiliated colleges. The University campus flourishes on an enormous area and imparts professional and non-professional education, research and training. The Directorate of Distance Education, SVU provides admission to B.Ed. programme in distance mode.
Aspirants can register for admission by filling in the online application form and submitting the need procedures fee, on or before January 20, 2018 (tentative). Admission to the B.Ed programmes is done on the basic experience in teaching with relevant qualifying degree.

Eligibility Criteria for SVU Distance Education B.Ed Admission 2018
The teacher aspirant who has obtained his/her bachelor’s degree(BA/B.Sc/B.Com) on or before July 31, 2013, is applicable for B.Ed admission.
Note: Vinayaka Mission University Degree holders are NOT ELIGIBLE to apply for this programme as those Degrees are not Recognized by S.V.University.
How to Apply to SVU (Sri Venkateswara University) Distance Education B.Ed Admission 2018?
Aspirants must apply for admission by filling in and submitting finished application form obtained either in person from State Bank of India / Andhra Bank, S.V.University Campus, Tirupati/ from the office of the DDE by submitting the Online challan of SBI/AB /downloaded from the SVU DDE website: www.svudde.in./ by post, by sending requisition to the Director,DDE, S.V.University along with the Online challan of AB/SBI. Educational Institution Society.

Teachers working in Central Schools from Joint Commissioner of Central Schools, Secunderabad.
Regional Director, Navodaya Schools in the case of Teachers working in Navodaya Schools.
Head Master / Mistress / Principal for teachers working in unaided / Recognized private schools /colleges.
Application cum prospectus fee in case of downloaded form/application obtained from the university office: Rs. 350/-
The name and address of the participant and course applied for should be legibly written on the back side of the Online challan.
Application cum prospectus fee in case the form is obtained through post: Rs. 350/- along with the Rs.35/- stamped self-addressed
Application cum prospectus fee in case the form is obtained from State Bank of India / Andhra Bank, S.V.University Campus, Tirupati : Rs. 360/- (including service charges of Rs. 10/-)
