The candidate applying to the course should have passed in the second year Pre-University or 12th standard or Equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry & Biology and optional subjects and English as one of the languages. It is mandatory, that the candidate should have obtained not less than 50% of the aggregate marks or an equivalent grade in the optional subjects.
MBBS
the candidate who is applying for the course should have passed the two-year P.U.C examination conducted by P.U Board, Karnataka State with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as optional subjects or any other examination that has been recognized as an equivalent.
Students with B.Sc with physics, chemistry and biology (botany and zoology) or Chemistry, botany and Zoology exam of an Indian university can also apply for this programme , if he/she has passed the B.Sc examination and has secured at least 50% in any of the two subjects studied at the degree level and he/she has also passed the earlier qualifying examination with physics, chemistry, biology and English
BE/B.Tech
The candidates who have passed their second year Pre-University or 12th standard or any equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biotechnology/ Biology in Engineering courses, a candidate requires Chemistry and Biology in case of Medical and Dental courses as optional subjects and English as one of the languages that the student knows.
The student should have obtained not less than 50% aggregate marks or an equivalent grade in the optional subjects and will be henceforth, considered as eligible to apply to the course. It will be 40% aggregate marks in case of candidates belonging to the reserved category for Medical, Dental and Engineering courses, as declared by the government of Karnataka.
The complete filled in application forms should be sent along with all the necessary documents and a demand draft of Rs. 2000/- for three subjects or Rs. 2500/- for four subjects that will be payable at Tumkur drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of Registrar, SSAHE, Tumkur and it should reach by Registered post or it can be submitted in person to the Registrar’s office SSAHE, Tumkur, on or before May 02, 2018 (tentative).
The Online Application form is available on the website of the University while the offline application form is also on the website whose PDF can be downloaded and the candidate can access it in person from the University premises.
Step 1: The candidates should fill the application form IN CAPITAL LETTERS. marks cards.
And also furnish e-mail ID and mobile no.
Step 6: Candidate should affix/paste (do not staple or pin) a recent passport size photograph within the space provideed.
Step 7: Candidate should affix his/her left-hand thumb impression in the given space.

The online application form can be submitted online on or before April 25, 2018 (tentative). Course.
Also, in the case of a foreign admission, Foreign/Non-Resident Indians, those who have passed 10+2 qualifying Examination with science subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry & Biology and who have not obtained less than 50% marks in aggregate at the above mentioned science subjects with English as compulsory subject, and those, whose qualification examination / Board / Universities are approved by the “Association of Indian Universities”, are required to apply for Eligibility Certificate with a prescribed format (available at University office).
Also note that the foreign students required to get compliance and permission from the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. The candidate should leave a blank space between words.
Step 2: The candidate can appear for any of the following combinations of subjects, depending upon whether the candidate chooses BE or MBBS /BDS or both the courses for counseling, which the candidate has to specify in the application form.

Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB)
Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & Biology (PCMB)
Accordingly, the candidate should tick any one of the options of subjects: PCM, PCB OR PCMB in which they wish to appear in the entrance examination.
Step 3: Name, Father Name, Date of Birth and other relevant information shall be as it appears in the 10+2 marks cards or equivalent.
Step 4: The Candidate should indicate in the application form one centre where he/she wishes to appear for the Test (AIUGET –2018)
Step 5: The candidate should furnish the full and correct postal address (in block letters) to which further correspondence required to be made. If it is not mentioned in the aforementioned mark sheets.
