SNDT (Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey) Women's University was founded in 1916 for the noble cause of women’s education.   • A student from this university must have cleared first, second and third year in the same subject or passed with admissible ATK.
Passed the first year without ATKT.
  • The aspirant must pass ATD of 2 years course.
  • A student from this university must have ATK as admissible in the first year in the same subject.
  • BVA 3rd year:

    • The aspirant must pass BA with drawing and painting.
    • A student from this university must have studied at least 6 courses of 4 or 24 credits each in 1st and 2nd year in the same subject without ATKT.
    • The student from this university must have ATK as admissible in the second year in the same subject or passed with admissible ATK.

    BVA 4th year:

    The aspirant must have finished graduation from this university or any recognized university.

    Bachelor of Commerce [B.Com]

    • The aspirant must pass in higher secondary school examination organized by various divisional boards of Maharashtra state board and higher secondary with English paper and any four subjects of commerce carrying 100 marks.
    • The Aspirant must pass in any one of the modern Indian language or modern foreign language or any classical language or information technology.

    • The aspirant must pass in English with anyone vocational subject carrying 200 marks and three subjects of commerce carrying 100 marks.

    Or

    • Students from BA Economics are qualified for admission.
    • A student from this university must have cleared the second year in the same subject or passed with admissible ATKT.
    • A student from another university should have the complete first year of home science without ATKT.

    B.Sc 3rd year:

    • A student from this university must have studied at least 6 courses of 4 or 24 credits each in 1st and 2nd year in the same subject and passed in 1st and 2nd year without ATKT.

    Bachelor of Computer Applications [BCA]

    BCA 1st years:

    • The aspirant must pass in any one of the modern Indian language or modern foreign language or any classical language or information technology.

    • The aspirant must pass 3 or 4 years diploma with minimum 50% marks in any discipline of Engineering/Technology organized by the Board of Technical Education, Maharashtra State or from any other recognized Technical Board.
    • The aspirant must pass in both physics, mathematics subjects.
    • The aspirant must pass in higher secondary school examination organized by various divisional boards of Maharashtra state board and higher secondary with English.

    Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Electronics Engineering)

    • The aspirant must pass 3 or 4 years diploma with minimum 50% marks in any discipline of Engineering/Technology organized by the Board of Technical Education, Maharashtra State or from any other recognized Technical Board.
    • The aspirant must pass in both physics, mathematics subjects.
    • The aspirant must pass in higher secondary school examination organized by various divisional boards of Maharashtra state board and higher secondary with English.

    Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering)

    • The aspirant must pass in any of the one subject from chemistry, biology, biotechnology and computer science with minimum 50% marks and 45% marks for backward classes.
    • The aspirant must pass 3 or 4 years diploma with minimum 50% marks in any discipline of Engineering/Technology organized by the Board of Technical Education, Maharashtra State or from any other recognized Technical Board.
    • The aspirant must pass in higher secondary school examination organized by various divisional boards of Maharashtra state board and higher secondary with English.
    • The aspirant must pass in both physics, mathematics subjects.

    Bachelor of Laws [L.L.B.]

    • The aspirant must possess graduation degree in any stream organized by recognized university, institution or board with minimum 45% of marks.

    Or

    • 5% relaxation given to the aspirants belongs to SC/ST category.
    • Any other examination recognized by SNDT women’s university or any other recognized university with minimum 45% of marks are qualified for first-year admission in the course.

    BBA/BBM

    • The aspirant must pass in any one of the modern Indian language or modern foreign language or any classical language or information technology.
    • The aspirant must pass in higher secondary school examination organized by various divisional boards of Maharashtra state board and higher secondary with English paper carrying 100 marks or must pass the examination of another university or recognized university.

    • The aspirant must pass 3 years diploma in engineering with aggregate not less than 60% marks for open category and 55% marks for reserved category.
    • The student from this university must have cleared the first year in the same subject or passed with admissible ATKT.
    • Student of this university must have studied at least 2 courses of 4 credits each in the first year or passed without admissible ATKT.

    B.Sc (IT) 3rd year:

    • The student from this university must have studied at least 6 courses of 4 or 24 credits each in 1st and 2nd year in the same subject and passed in 1st and 2nd year without ATKT.
    • Student of this university must have cleared in the second year in the same subject or passed with admissible ATKT.

    Bachelor of Pharmacy [B.Pharm]

     

    • For admission in the straight second year of B.Phram aspirant must pass diploma in pharmacy from an AICTE approved with minimum 45% of marks (40% for SC/ST/ Non-Creamy Layer OBC/ Non-Creamy Layer SBC aspirants of Maharashtra).
    • The aspirant must be Indian national.
    • The aspirant must pass HSC examination of Maharashtra state board with subjects English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational subject and secure 45% marks (40% in the case or reserved category aspirants and the person with a disability)

    1. The aspirant can register themselves by sending the application form with enrolment fee of amount Rs. 265/- (Enrolment fee Rs. 250/- + Enrolment form fee Rs. 15/- and Eligibility fee Rs 250/- + Eligibility form fee Rs.15/-) in favor of The Registrar S.N.D.T. Women’s University

      For Online registration:

      1. The aspirant has to open the university portal and register himself/herself.
      2. After registration, aspirant receives username and password on his email ID and mobile no.
      3. The aspirant can verify the registration and change his/her password.
      4. After that aspirant starts filling the online application form and upload his/her photo and signature, personal details, contact, correspondence, reservation and educational details.
      5. Aspirant prints eSuvidha kit and enters confirmation code in the system.
      6. Then aspirants can select the course from list of first-year courses available and selects affiliated college which is running the course.
      7. Then aspirant select the need document to be attached with an application and takes the printout of the form and attached the need documents.
      8. In the end, aspirant purchases the prospectus of the college and submit the application form and need documents in college.

    Admission Procedure

    Bachelor of Arts [BA] (English), Bachelor of Visual Arts [BVA] & Bachelor of Commerce [B.Com]

    • Selection of the aspirant for the courses like B.Ed, B.S.Ed, Bachelor of Computer Sciences, Bachelor of Electronics, Bachelor of Electronics & Telecommunication, Bachelor of Information Technology and B.Pharm is done on the basis of marks secured in MHT-CET entrance test.
    • Selection of the aspirant for the courses like BA, BSW, BVA, B.Com, B.Sc, B.Lib.I.Sc, BCA, LL.B, B.B.A.LL.B, BMS, B.Sc in the faculty of science and B.Sc nursing is on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.

    Reservation

    For B.S.Ed:

    Seats will be reserved for Visual Impairment, Hearing Impairment and Physical Disability, as per Government 
    rules.
