Smt. Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women’s University(SNDTU) is in the race of imparting quality education to the women from February 3, 2010.The University imparts professional and non-professional education, research and training in different faculties. The university provides admission to the following Under Graduate and Post Graduate and Post Graduate Diploma Distance learning programmes:

Only the women aspirants’relevant qualifying degree or women aspirants who have passed UET can register for the above-mentioned programmes. Special relaxation in the eligibility criteria for the reserved criteria aspirants.
Aspirants can register for admission by filling-in the online/Offline application form for the entrance examination and be submitting the need procedures requisites, on or before the due date. Admission to the above programmes is done straight on the basis of qualifying Entrance Test (UET) organizeed by the Centre for Distance Education/qualifying degree.

Eligibility for SNDTU Admission 2018
BA
Aspirant should have passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate examination organizeed by the various Divisional Boards of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education with English Paper of 100 marks and any one of the Modern Indian Languages /Modern Foreign Languages/ any classical Language / Information Technology/ Any four subjects carrying 100 marks each.
The aspirant should have passed 10+2 Examination organizeed by the various Divisional Boards of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education with English Paper, Anyone vocational subject carrying 200 marks and any three subjects carrying 100 marks each.
The aspirant must have passed three-year diploma recognised by the government of India.
The aspirant who has passed an examination which is considered as equivalent to above by the university or any other recognised body.
Master of Arts [MA] (Music)
Aspirant should be a Graduate in Music from this university / any other recognized University
Aspirant should be Graduate in any subject other than music- from this university or any other recognised University must have passed Sangeet Visharad /equivalent degree in Music / should have excellent ability to study music/ received comprehensive training in classical Music minimum for five years
MA
Aspirant should have hold of a graduate degree in any branch from a recognised university
The aspirant should have passed any examination which is considered as equivalent to above by the university or any other recognised body.
B.Com

PG Diploma in Human Resource Management [PGDHRM]
Aspirant should be a graduate in any branch with at least 50% of marks for open category and 45% for reserved category from an Indian University recognised by AIU
Cracking the Interview organizeed by JDBIMS.
PG Diploma in Early Childhood- Education and Development
The aspirant must have hold of B.Sc. Home Science Graduate with 45% passing marks /BA with Child Care Graduate with 45% passing marks /Graduate from another branch with 50% passing marks.
PG Diploma in School Counseling
The aspirant should be Graduate in Psychology from a recognized university (at least 50%). (At Least 50%)
/with B.Ed. (with two years of work experience) /M.Ed. Degree.
How To Apply for SNDTU Admission 2018
BA, MA & M.Com
Aspirants must apply for admission via online/offline registration procedure and submit a finished application before the due date. All fields in the application form should be correctly and clearly filled-in with the relevant information.
The aspirant can download the application form the university website and submit the duly filled downloaded form along with the necessary documents and a demand draft of tuition fee in favour of “Registrar, S.N.D.T.
Women’s University,” payable at Mumbai.
The aspirant can obtain the application form at the Accounts Section of SNDT Women’s University.
The finished application form along with the necessary and relevant documents should be submitted to the office of the Director, Board of College and University Development (BCUD)

Marriage Certificate (in case of name change).

Admission Procedure of SNDTU Admission 2018
BA , B.Com & MA
Aspirants will be selected according to the norms of the Distance Education Council (DEC) which comprises qualifying degree and UET.
Notes
Aspirants can apply for the second and third year of the Bachelor’s degree program only if they have passed the earlier respective years from the same university/any other recognised university with or without admissible ATKT.
Aspirants who wish to get admission in Arts and Commerce degree programmes, but do not have 10+2(H.S.C) level certificates can apply for the same through UET.
Aspirants can apply for the second year of the Master’s degree program only if they have passed the earlier year from this university with admissible ATKT.
