Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV), Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh is a common University for most of the Technical and Pharmacy Institutions of Madhya Pradesh.

The University provides different courses at Undergraduate and Postgraduate level. Admissions in these courses are done on the basis of Qualifying Examination, Merit list, and a counseling process as and when applicable.

Students are provided different Integrated programs also at Postgraduate level. The application form for admission generally opens in May. The admissions for the same are done on the basis of JEE Main (except for MAM). Students required to apply for the same by filling an application form. While applications for JEE Main generally opens in December.

NRI students can also apply for admission in the University. Students required to ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria before applying or else if establish unqualified, their application will be rejected.

RGPV Integrated Admissions 2018 Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor of Business Administration [BBA] + Master of Applied Management [MAM]

The period of BBA+MAM is 5 years, intake of 60 students is accepted by the university.

Eligibility:

Students who are interested in want admission in this program must have finished Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) organized by the MP Board of Secondary Education or equivalent examination in Science, Arts or Commerce with minimum 50% marks.

RGPV Integrated Admissions 2018 How To Apply?

Bachelor of Business Administration [BBA] + Master of Applied Management [MAM]

Students required to fill an online application form in order to get admission in any of the Integrated Programs provided by the University. The form can be established on the official website of RGPV i.e. https://www.rgpv.ac.in/
  • After logging into the account, students required to fill the application form. Images of student's photograph, signature, and left-hand thumb impression are also to be uploaded.
  • Finally, the application form is submitted along with the Application fee. The payment can be done online as well as offline. Further, students are expected to wait for the Hall Ticket followed by the exam.
  • Once the application form is submitted and the application fee is paid, students are expected to wait for the Common Merit List followed by the Selection/ Admission Process.
  • For JEE Main, students required to fill an online application which is available on the official website of JEE. Students, after registering, are offered with login credentials that are to be kept safe for future use.

    • All the students required to fill the application form with accurate information and valid contact details since the selection is done via the information offered regarding Qualifying Exam. After successful submission of the application form, students required to pay the application fee (INR 750 for unreserved students (including OBC creamy layer students) and INR 250 for reserved students).

    Bachelor of Business Administration [BBA] + Master of Applied Management [MAM]

    The selections are done via a Common Merit list. The Merit lists for different courses are prepared by the respective Admission Committee.

    The list for MAM is prepared on the basis of marks obtained in Higher Secondary Examination (Class 10+2). Separate lists are prepared for separate streams, that is, the Science stream, the Commerce stream, and the Arts stream. A separate list is also prepared for Category students. All these lists are uploaded online as per the schedule.

    Further, the selected students are expected to report to the Management Department of the University with a part admission fee (INR 10,000) along with original and two sets of copies of the following documents.

    • Category Certificate, if applicable.
    • Passport size colored photographs.
    • Non-Creamy Layer Certificate, if applicable.
    • Class 10 and 12 Mark sheets.
    • Transfer Certificate.
    • Certificate of Physical Disability, if applicable.
    • Character Certificate.

    In the case of any vacancies, other students are admitted in the order of merit.

    The same procedure is followed for the other Dual Degree programs, however, the Common Merit lists are prepared on the basis of AIR (All India Rank) obtained in JEE Main, rather than marks obtained in Higher Secondary Examination. Again, selected students are to report to the University along with the above-listed documents and the part Admission fee.

    Before admitting the students, the documents submitted are verified. In case a student is established unqualified or is establish guilty of providing wrong information, the student is then exempted from taking admission in any course of the University.

    Note: A second Common Merit List is only announced when there are any vacancies left. Therefore, it is the duty of the student to check the official website of the University regularly for such notices.

    Reservation Criteria

    Reservations are very much applicable for every course provided by the University. Other than the reserved seats, reserved category students are offered with a certain relaxation of marks at the time of admissions.  The reservations of different categories are done as per the Madhya Pradesh Government norms.
