MUHS (Maharashtra University of Health Sciences) BHMS and BPT Admissions 2018

BHMS, BPMT and B.P.Th. An entrance test will be organizeed on May 5, 2018 (tentative) for admission to various health science courses. Aspirants are supposed to visit the examination centre along with the downloaded hall ticket and a valid ID proof failing which, the aspirant will not be allowed to appear in the exam. Once aspirants will fill the application form they will be offerd with a unique username and password which will be helpful for future use. Admit card for the test is to be obtained from the MHTCET 2018 website in between 25 to 30 April. There is also a provision to scrutinise the response sheet within 4 days of releasement of result. Application fee can be submitted via a bank challan in any discipline of State bank of India. After filling the fee for application form aspirants will find a confirmation page which is to be saved for later uses. courses are offered by the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences for which a combined entrance test is organizeed by the Directorate of Medical Education and Research. The OMR sheet of aspirants will be available on the website after declaration of results. Aspirants are need to fill application form online on  from 1st march to 22nd march.

Eligibility Criteria for MUHS (Maharashtra University of Health Sciences) BHMS and BPT Admissions 2018

BHMS & Bachelor of Physiotherapy(BPT)

Duration: 3 years

Eligibility: Aspirants need to have scored minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together to be applicable for BHMS programme.

Course name: B.P.Th

Duration: 4 years

NOTE: Aspirants need to an internship for 6 months which is added from the course duration.

Eligibility: Aspirants need to have passed 10+2 with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology to be applicable for the course.

  • Once the notification for the issue of hall ticket is announced, aspirants can download their hall ticket from the same website with their unique username and password.
  • Aspirants need to visit the official website of MHTCET and select MHT CET 2018 Registration. This confirmation page can be taken out after 24 hours of payment of fee via bank challan.

User Facts:

  • The photograph should be taken in white background.
  • The photograph and signature of aspirants are to be of a 50kb size, more than that is not acceptable.
  • The photograph is to be uploaded as photo.jpeg and signature as sign.jpeg
  • The signature should be done on white paper with a black pen.
  • Scan the signature in 200dpi (dots per inch)


  1. For applying to health sciences course aspirants are need to be born on or before 1st October 1999.
  2. The incomplete application form is subjected to rejection and no information regarding this will be forwarded to aspirants by the authority.
Aspirants need to enter a valid email id, mobile number and password. The application fee is INR 800 for open category aspirants and INR 600 for reserved category aspirants.

NOTE: Aspirants need to pay INR 60 as bank commission.

  • Aspirants need to take the print out of the bank challan and make payment to any of the SBI disciplines. Their aspirants need to fill the need details and upload a recent colour photograph and signature.
  • After filling the application fee, aspirants need to take the print out of confirmation page. These three things are to be kept on record by the aspirant for future use.

  • For getting admission to BHMS, BPMT and B.P.Th programmes aspirants are need to appear for an entrance test. A merit list will be announced for those aspirants who have qualified the examination.


  • The OMR sheet will be available to aspirants on the website which can be accessed via their unique username and password.
  • In OMR sheet responses are to be made by darkening the bubbles with black ball pen only.
  • After the declaration of results, aspirants can view their response sheet on DMER website by login to the site with their username and password.
  • If aspirants feel any issue in the question paper then they can submit their objection on from 25 to 27 may 2018.
  • If aspirants seeking to verify their marks scored in the exams then, they need to send an application in a self-addressed envelope along with a Demand Draft of INR 1000 drawn in favour Commissionerate, State CET CELL, Mumbai, payable at Mumbai within 4 days of the declaration of results.
  • Provisional response key will be made available on dmer website.
Aspirants need to enter the examination hall with the downloaded hall ticket and a valid photo ID proof.
  • The result for entrance test will be made available on after that the further process for completing the admission is to be done. Paper basically contains multiple choice questions and has no choice i.e. all questions are to be responded. The period for each paper is to be one and half hour each. Entrance test consists of 3 question papers each of 100 marks.
