Madurai Kamaraj University, famously known as MKU is a deemed public university in India, with over 18 schools comprising of 72 departments and 109 affiliated colleges so far.

MK University offers 2 Integrated courses which covers graduation along with post graduation in a duration of 5 years. Admissions to the Five year Integrated M. and M.B.A programmes is via aggregate marks of 10+2 examinations only. Tech.

The university consists of different schools which offer the following integrated programmes:

  • Integrated B. Tech â€“ M. Tech (Film and Electronic Media Studies)
  • Integrated B.B.A – M.B.A (Tourism and Hotel Management)

Aspirants who satisfy the eligibility criterion can register themselves for the Integrated programmes by filling the application form available at the official university website and submitting it along with the registration fee.

MKU Integrated MBA Admissions 2018 Eligibility Criteria

  • Aspirant should have passed 10+2 (Higher Secondary Examination)/Intermediate Examination or its equivalent from a recognized board of education
  • The aspirant should not be more than 21 years of age as on July 1, 2018. Although there are some concessions for this rule:
  1. A relaxation of 5 years is given to the physically handicapped aspirants
  2. A relaxation of 3 years is given to female aspirants and SC/ST/BC/MBC/DNC aspirants beyond 21 years of age for the admission.

MKU Integrated MBA Admissions 2018 How to Apply?

Bachelor of Business Administration [BBA] + Master of Business Administration [MBA] & Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] + Master of Technology [M.Tech]

  • Aspirants should also submit the registration fee of INR 600 for each programme. However, SC/ST aspirants required not pay any fee if opting for any one course and INR 600 for two courses. The payment should be made through Demand Draft (DD) in favor of, The Registrar, Madurai Kamaraj University, and payable at Madurai.
  • Aspirants can download the application form available at the official university website and fill in the relevant details.
  • The aspirant should also attach the photocopies of the following documents duly attested by the gazetted officer with the application form:
  1. Certificates of 10th and 12th examinations/Intermediate Bonafide Students Certificate obtained from the Head of Institution
  2. Community Certificate obtained from Tahsildar or Deputy Tahsildar
  3. Income Certificate of 3 months prior to the date of advertisement from the competent issuing authority (for SC/ST/Blind Aspirants only)
  4. Certificate of the physically handicapped aspirants of the specialty related, from an authorized medical officer which should be of the level of Civil Surgeon along with the photos showing the nature of the handicap.
  5. Ex-Servicemen certificate
  6. Aspirants of the sports category should current the certificate of representing the state/nation.
  7. 2 self-addressed, stamped envelopes of INR 10 each should be enclosed.
  8. Affix two recent passport size photographs, one on the specified column in the application form and one on the admit card.
  • If selected, aspirants have to submit the original and photocopies of the following documents:
  1. 10th and 12th mark sheet
  2. Transfer Certificate
  3. Organize certificate from the Head of Institution last studied
  4. Community certificate
  5. Income Certificate of 3 months prior to the date of advertisement from the competent issuing authority (for SC/ST/Blind Aspirants only)
  6. Special category relevant certificate

MKU Integrated MBA Admissions Procedure 2018

Aspirants will be selected for admission on the basis of 10+2 examination marks and the list of the selected aspirants will be uploaded on the official website of the MK University.
