MS Ramaiah University offers various postgraduate courses in various streams, admission to which is done via PGCET and Uni-GAUGE exams. PGCET for all the courses are organized by the Karnataka Examinations Authority whereas for the M. Postgraduate courses are also available for foreign national for which they need to submit the TOEFL score card at the time of admission. Applications can be submitted to the University via both online as well as offline mode. PGCET is organized for all postgraduate courses on the state level by Karnataka Examinations Authority and Uni-GAUGE is organized by University itself. Applications via PGCET are made in the month of July and exams are expected to be held in the month of August. Pharm programme PGCET is organized by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.

NOTE: Period for part-time enrolled aspirants is of 4 to 6 years.

Eligibility: For MBA programme aspirants need to have done BE/M.Com/M.Sc/BBA/BBM/MA/BCom/BSc/BA from a recognized University with at least 50% marks. SC/ST aspirants will get relaxation as per the government notification.

NOTE: Up to 15% seats are reserved for foreign/NRI aspirants.

MSRUAS PG Admission 2018 Application Procedure

ME/M.Tech, MBA/PGDM & M.Pharm

Online mode:

  • Fill in the details asked in the form, select YES or NO in the column of documents which is needed to be submitted. If the asked document concerns you then select YES otherwise NO.
  • Aspirants can apply for the programme via online method by going to the official website of MSRUAS.

NOTE: Selected documents along with the Demand Draft of INR 1000 drawn in favor of ‘MS Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences’ payable at Bangalore are to be sent to the University.

User facts:

  • Aspirants need to keep the Demand Draft willing at the time of filling the application form.
  • The sections like Student Visa, Migration certificate, passport or any other such details asked in the form, if not applicable to the aspirant should be marked as NO.

Offline mode:

To submit the form via offline mode, aspirants need to download the form from the University website, fill the need details and send it to the University along with the documents and a Demand Draft of INR 1000 drawn in favor of ‘MS Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences’ payable at Bangalore.

MSRUAS PG Admission Procedure 2018

ME/M.Tech, MBA/PGDM & M.Pharm

Selection for post-graduation programme is done via PGCET organized on the state level for admission to various post graduation courses in Karnataka. For applying via PGCET aspirants are required to visit the website of Karnataka Examinations Authority i.e. http://www.kea.kar.nic.in to fill the online application form.

Uni-GAUGE: Admission to post-graduation programmes is also done via an entrance test organized by the University on all India level. Aspirants need to submit the Uni-Gauge scorecard along with the application.

NOTE:

  • PGCET for M.Pharm is organized separately by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS)
  • 40% of seats are reserved for admission via Postgraduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET).
  • At current Uni-Gauge is not considered for the MBA entrance. Aspirants can apply straight to the University and get the admission on the marks scored in the qualifying exams.

For M.Tech:

  • Aspirants with valid GATE scorecard can also apply for the M.Tech programme.
  •  The PGCET code for University is T945.

For MDS:

PGCET code is D010

For MBA:

PGCET code is B348
