Method of Application
Kerala Veterinary and Animal Science University provides three undergraduate and four postgraduate programmes. It also provides Ph.D., Post Graduate Diploma, and diploma courses. College of Avian Sciences and Management, one of the constituent colleges of KVASU provides 3 years full-time B.Sc. programme in Poultry Production and Business Management. It has three faculties, viz. Faculty of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Faculty of Dairy Science and Faculty of Poultry Science.
Admission to B.Sc. Poultry Production and Business Management will need to appear for the entrance exam organized by the university. Selection will be based on the performance in the qualifying examination and the entrance test.

You should have passed Plus two or Higher secondary or VHSE of any stream with 50 % marks. If you are waiting for the result, you can also apply for B.Sc. PPBM programme. You should produce an attested copy of the final year mark list on or before August 19, 2018(tentative).
You should submit applications via online only for admission to this programme. You should remit Rs.520/-/-(270/- for SC/ST aspirants) as the application fee and bank procedures charges.
After remitting application fee, you should take the print out of the online application submitted and send the same after affixing signature of the participant in the space offered and send the same with the following enclosures to

Community/Caste certificate and income certificate, if you claim any reservationThe online window will open on June 01, 2018 (tentative) and it will be closed on July 23, 2018 (tentative). There are three following steps to apply for B.Sc. PPBM programme.
For General Aspirants: INR 520/-
For SC/ST Aspirants: INR 270/-
You should fill the online application form available on the official website of KVASU, uploading his/her passport size color photograph (150WX200H pixels) and signature (250WX90H pixels). Take the printout of the challan and remit Rs.520/-(270/- for SC/ST aspirants) as the application fee and bank procedures charges using the challan at the nearest Federal Bank counter.
Via credit card/debit card/Internet banking:-
Remit the fee at the time of submission of the application form via online payment method using credit card/debit card/Internet banking. The size of photograph and signature shall not exceed 30 kb.
After filling the application form, you should make the remittance of the application fee in any methods as given below.
Making payment to Federal bank disciplines via challan:-
When the application is submitted, a challan in triplicate (with student copy, bank copy, and University copy) will be automatically generated.
Selection will be from the rank list prepared by the University on the basis of the performance in the qualifying examination and the entrance test organized by Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University. The rank and selection list will be published in the First week of September, 2018.
About Entrance Test:
The list of aspirants selected for admission and the dates on which they have to remit the fees and join the course will be published at the KVASU website www.kvasu.ac.in and available for reference at the University Headquarters, Pookode, Wayanad, Kerala – 673 576.
You should produce the original certificates for proof of age, qualifications, transfer certificates, organize certificate and medical fitness certificate obtained from any Medical Officer not below the rank of Civil Surgeon, at the time of admission.
Note: Aspirants who secured their degrees from Universities outside the Kerala state should produce Migration Certificate within one month after securing admission.
Reservation of seats shall be governed by the rules of the Kerala State Government. Fee concession and communal reservation of seats are restricted to the aspirants belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled and other communities of Kerala origin.
