The application procedure is an offline procedure. Although, the forms are available online the submission of the forms is offline only. The kiosk person helps the aspirants in filling the application form and the detailed information is given in below article.
The selection in some courses is based on Entrance test and there is direct admission for some courses. The application form is same for both types of courses. All aspirants may fill the application form for a maximum of 5 courses and the registration fee is separate for a separate course.

The aspirant must have passed Graduation in Law with at least 55% marks.M.Sc
|M.Sc. Biotechnology||Graduation with at least 50% marks with Biotechnology/Biochemistry or Graduation with at least 50% marks with Biology/Botany/Environment Science/Microbiology/Zoology/Pharmacy/Medicine/Instrumentation with Chemistry as one of the mandatory subject.|
|M.Sc. Food Technology||Graduation with at least 50% marks with Chemistry/Biochemistry/Botany/Zoology/Microbiology/Biotechnology/ Home Science/Agriculture/Food Science and Nutrition/Food Technology.|
|M.Sc. Microbiology||B.Sc. with 50% marks in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Botany/Zoology/Chemistry/Enviornmental Science.|
|M.Sc. Molecular & Human Genetics||B.Sc. with 50% marks in Biology/Life Science/Genetics/Zoology/Microbiology/Botany/Biochemistry/Biotechnology and other allied subjects with Chemistry as one of the papers. Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) students is also applicable.|
|M.Sc. Neuroscience||Graduation with at least 50% marks with Biology/Biotechnology/Neurobiology/Neuroscience/Zoology/ along with Chemistry. graduates are also applicable.|

The aspirant must have passed Bachelor degree in Physical Education from a recognised University or Post-Graduation Diploma in Physical Education of one year period from a recognised University with at least 50% marks. Those aspirants who have represented their University in Inter-University tournaments and states in Senior National Tournaments/Games and sports comprised in the SOSPE curriculum and those belonging to SC/ST/OBC may be considered for admission, if they secure 45% marks in BPE, B.P.Ed. or D.P.Ed.Master of Journalism and Mass Communication [MJMC]
The aspirant must have passed Graduation with 50% marks and preference would be given if the aspirant has passed Bachelor of Journalism & Mass Communication.MA

All the interested aspirants may apply for the any of the course described above as per their interest and eligibility. The kiosk person will help the students in filling the form and application form fee is Rs.600/-.
Step-2: Following details are needed while filling up the form:
Step-3: Aspirants have to sign a declaration after filling the application form and collect the prints outs of Admission form from the kiosk person which works as a receipt of payment.
Step- 4: The print out of clear application form required to be submitted by speed post or by registered post along with photocopies of all certificates including mark sheets and certificate of participation in NCC, NSS, Sport and Co-curricular activities to below-mentioned address:

REFUND OF FEE:
Step-1: Aspirants required to visit the website www.mponline.gov.in to get a reach to the site of online. And, they required producing a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer regarding the same.
For Entrance Based courses the selection is based on Entrance test and the details of Entrance test is given below:
The paper will organize 75 questions and the questions will be concerned to Bachelor of Law and the exam would be of 90 minutes duration.
There would be below mentioned sections in the exam of 50 Marks each and aspirants are need to attempt any 2:
The exam will be of Graduate level and the period will be 90 minutes.
Note: A aspirant must secure in minimum 30% (25% for SC/ST/OBC) marks in Entrance exam in order to qualify the exam.
For Non-Entrance based course:
The University offers hostel facilities to the students and the environment is academically and socially very congenial for all students residing in the campus. The Hostels have all the need facilities with well-furnished rooms along with suitable security arrangement.
There are separate hostels for Girls and Boys and the University existing accommodation is being extended to increase the number of students.
University Central Library:
Jiwaji University central library as centralized information resources and allied facilities was founded in 1966 and the library is in a separate building equipped with furniture, equipment, reading resources and other accessories with a great study environment.
The University is catering to the sports required along with the academics in a very mean attitude. The University has a sports complex which has two floodlight basketball courts with portable uprights, three floodlight tennis courts, four volleyball courts, one hockey ground, one grassy football ground, standard cricket ground with turf wicket, one kho-kho, two kabaddi, one Handball, one Indoor hall for table tennis, Judo, Aerobic, Badminton, Wrestling, and Weightlifting and a 400 Metre grassy track.
