Indian Institute of Plantation Management (IIPM) was established in 1993. Situated in Bangalore, Karnataka, this apex institute provides Postgraduate and Postgraduate diploma and Certification programs in a variety of fields of Management. The institute also offers Fellow Program in Management (FPM).

Indian Institute Of Plantation Management was established in the year. Institute is jointly sponsored by the plantation sector and also the Commodity Boards like Tea Board, Coffee Board, Spices Board, Rubber Board, and Plantation Institutions, viz. Indian Tea Association (ITA) and UPASI. The institute offers programs in plantation sector & other related agri-business sectors. It offers with PGDM- ABPM (approved by AICTE), FPM (Fellow Program in Management) at ABPM, the certification course in Tea Tasting and Marketing (PCP-TTM) etc.. The students of this institute are educated by experienced faculty and by a few distinguished faculty from renowned institutions.

Post Graduate Diploma in Management:

  • Agribusiness and Plantation Management (PGDM-ABPM)

Indian Institute of Plantation Management offers two-year fulltime MBA program and PG Diploma program. Candidates applying must be a graduate (10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern) under any discipline with at least 50 percent marks in aggregate from a recognized university.

Candidates applying to PGDM should have a valid score of CAT/MAT/ATMA/CMAT examination. Selection will be on the basis of academic record, test scores, writing ability, group discussion and personal interview.

Post Graduate Diploma in Management: Agribusiness and Plantation Management (PGDM-ABPM) - Two Year - Full Time

Eligibility

The minimum qualification for admission is a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university or institution with at Least 50 percent marks or equivalent CGPA (45 percent in case of SC, ST and Persons with Disability) in food technology, food science/ nutrition, fisheries, dairy, animal husbandry, horticulture or allied disciplines. The candidates must have a valid score of CAT/MAT/ATMA/CMAT examination.

For Prospectus and Application form, write to The Admissions Office along with a Demand Draft for Rs. 1,000/- (Rs. 500/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates with relevant certificates, drawn in favour of “Indian Institute of Plantation Management” payable at Bengaluru.
