The University Of Hyderabad (UOH), was founded in 1974 with Prof. Gurbaksh Singh as its first Vice Chancellor, UoH - otherwise called Hyderabad Central University or HCU- has risen as a heading focus of showing and examination.

The university offers MBA programme in various disciplines. Admissions to MBA program begins in the month of December/ January and selection is done on the basis of marks scored in Common Admission Test (CAT).
University Of Hyderabad (UOH) Admission to the MBA Healthcare & Hospital Management programmes is through marks secured by the candidates in the Common Admission Test (CAT) and Group Discussion (GD) / Personal Interviews which is open to all candidates from any state or union territory of India.

Complete A minimum three-year first class Bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent with 60%) in any discipline recognized by UGC/the Association of Indian Universities/AICTE, obtained on or before June 2018. Those completing their final examinations by June, 2018 can also apply. Should appear in CAT-2017, conducted by the IIMs on 26th November, 2017
The Application can be submitted from the University’s website on or before 15th December 2017. Should separately apply to the University of Hyderabad, on the Application Form downloaded from the University’s website, as per the Instructions. SMS will use CAT-2017 scores for short listing the candidates for the Two year full-time MBA Programme. The IIMs have no role either in the selection process or in the conduct of the Programme.
The School of Management Studies at the University will its two year-full time MBA Programme only be using CAT Results for short-listing the candidates for Group Discussion / Interviews. IIM’s have no role either in the selection process or in the conduct of the programme.
