Hyderabad University is a public university which is founded in 1974. University is constantly ranked among top Indian universities. In 2015 university received Visitorโ€™s award for the best central university in India.

The university provides admission to its Integrated M.Tech., M.Sc., and M.A programs in different specializations. For admission to these courses, aspirants must have passed in the university entrance exam and JEE Main.

Aspirants can register themselves to the above-mentioned courses by submitting the registration fee of amount INR 350/- (for general category aspirants) and INR 250 (for BC aspirants) and INR 150 (for SC/ST category aspirants).

The eligibility of Integrated M.Tech. Computer ScienceAspirant must have passed 10+2 examination with Maths, Physics & Chemistry subjects in first class from this university or any other recognized university with minimum 60% of marks.

Eligibility for the courses mentioned above is as follows:

The aspirant must obtain 60% marks at +2 level of education (Intermediate/CBSE/ICSE/HSC or equivalent) from this university or any other recognized university.

Eligibility for foreign aspirants who wish to apply in Hyderabad University is as follows:

  • Foreign national aspirants must have qualifying degree from India and who are resident in India are qualified for admission
  • The aspirant must have need degree and marks/grades, as prescribed for Indian students
  • An aspirant must have a valid Indian passport.
  • Proficiency of the aspirant in English must be high.

Step to Apply

  • Before applying online aspirant must upload the signature and his/her photograph.
  • Aspirant must submit the application form online on the university website.
  • Aspirants need to submit the application fees of amount INR 300/- (for general category aspirants) and INR 250 (for BC aspirants) and INR 150 (for SC/ST category aspirants).
  • Aspirants must upload the following enclosures along with the application form:

  1. Physically Challenged aspirants need to submit a certificate from a Medical Board/Civil Surgeon of a Government Hospital.
  2. SC/ST aspirants belonging to the State of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh should submit an Integrated Community Certificate allowed by the Competent Revenue Authority.
  3. Aspirants should submit a copy of the certificate of their caste/ tribe from a Revenue Officer, not below the rank of Tahsildar / Mandal Revenue Officer at the time of the interview, admission/counseling

Admission Procedure

Selection of the aspirants is based on marks scored in the entrance tests for which the university accepts the scores of:

Hyderabad University Fee Structure

Reservation Criteria

  • 1 seat is reserved in each course for the aspirants who belong to the Union Territories / North-Eastern States
  • 15% seats are reserved in each course for the foreign aspirants.
  • 2 seats are reserved for the Supernumerary seats for Jammu & Kashmir under special scholarship scheme.
  • 5% relaxation is given to aspirants who belong to SC/ST categories.
